This apartment complex is not the worst place we've ever lived, but it certainly wasn't the best either. First and foremost, if you’re considering moving in, PLEASE TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING! From the water heater outside on the patio to the inside of the cabinets—document it all! Otherwise, they will charge you for any damages they claim you caused.

When we moved into the apartment, we noticed that the stove and some cabinets still had grease on them. We decided it was not a big deal and could clean it ourselves. Our dog accidentally peed on the carpet, leaving a stain, so I understood why that needed to be cleaned or replaced. We left the apartment in very clean condition, cleaner than when we moved in. Unfortunately, we didn’t take any pictures, which made it difficult for me to contest any charges. They wouldn’t refund us because it wasn’t professionally cleaned. But they don’t hire a professional cleaning crew?

Additionally, they don't inform you about the water bill. We paid almost $200 every month, which seemed to be an average taken from all the residents in the building. I didn't think this was fair since we were five adults working Monday to Friday and were away for about 8 hours each day, while other families with children spent more time at home.

Finally, the money-add machine for the laundromat barely worked. See the attached pictures and judge for yourself. Keep in mind, we only paid for 15 days (pro-rated).

Save yourselves a headache!

We had a tour scheduled for 2:00. As soon as got to the leasing office at 1:58pm, there was a sign saying “touring new residents, will be back at 2:30.” We thought the sign was for us since we were the potential new residents who had this appointment time but they might have double booked at the same time since no one came to the door. We waited until 2:30 in our car for the next appointment time and once we got back to the office door at 2:29, the sign “mysteriously” switched to “will be back at 3:00pm.”

Best part about all of this was that the landlord confirmed at 1pm that we will show up for our 2pm tour. By 2:15 when we reached back out to the landlord about The tardiness, they asked if we can re-schedule for two days from now.

Horrible service before we even got a tour. Do not waste your time here.

This team is fabulous! The energy and the atmosphere is infectious with joy and kindness. It was a pleasure Meeting the PM Lailahni , AM Melot, and Their leasing agent Gabby. I highly recommend The Casas . You will definitely not be a number and we receive personal attention with kindness and concern.

Our move in wasn’t flawless at all (very very many issues) but office team (Daryl, Takashi) and the maintenance team turned things around for us quickly for most issues. The maintenance team has been so quick and efficient to resolve the work orders with a big smile the whole time - Emilio, Miguel, Sean and Angel have been awesome from the maintenance team! Apartment is spacious and good for a small family.

*editing review - I have been waiting months for an update from management on a follow up and no response, laundry room always has issues and no resolutions.*

Let me share my Experience with cases camino Ruiz about 10950 unit B

1) casas team showed one property and they assigned that property after one week they told current tenants are not moving and assigned another house. I told I don’t like that I asked them money back they told after 72 hrs not returning amount.

2) sgde bill was more than 300$ every month for 1b1b even no washer and dryer , dish washer and fridge not working properly more than 20 days.

“One comedy here is even our family went to India for family emergency got 330$ SGDE bill”

3) No safety and security back side magic hours apartments.

I have raised multiple repair request always they have limited maintaince team. No repairs on time.

Finally I got pissed off and moved out of casas apartment with lease breakage.

Now sgde bill for 2b2b with all amenities out side casas apartment am paying 90$.

Better avaoid casas apartment as they have very very old apartments and they don’t have proper wiring connection.

I have given 1 star due to that is the least. if I have option to give rating I can give 0 rating. I have wasted my time/money to opt this apartment.

I recently moved into this apartment complex and so far been pretty happy. Patrick ( leasing agent ) was very helpful in helping me find a new place to call home. Even after my move, he's still ensuring that my every need is met. This honestly stood out to me because I'm very particular and he's been able to address my every request with a smile. 10/5 stars for him. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a new place to call home.

Poor Review is regarding maintenance of grounds and amenities: Hot tub is frequently off and for months at a time, weekly grounds keepers blow dust and dirt directly into patios without regard to our patio belongings getting full of dust. The daily whining sound of the smaller leaf blowers going alll day is very annoying for those working at home. Laundry machines used to often be broken but have gotten better about repairs (thank you), could use cleaning more often.
