Great locale. Six minute drive to The Plaza with amazing food , shops and more. The room was…roomy. Very neatly appointed with a mid-century modern flair. Kitchenette is perfect for a weekend or longer. Bathroom has a super fancy toilet and the mirror is high tech. An amazing bed! Very firm yet UNREAL comfort. Very hands off regarding in-person welcome but refreshing for a late night arrival and not wanting to bother with a often belabored check-in process; gate and room code directions are excellent and easy-breezy.

Little gem in the desert! All the retro feels with modern amenities. Had a great time relaxing by the pool and in the hot tub! The fully stocked (reasonably priced) mini bar was just a few steps away! Downtown Palm Springs was an easy walk with many great restaurants right around the corner. Can’t wait to come back!

This is a great location - close to downtown but feels quiet and peaceful. The outdoor area is great with lots of seating around the pool and a hot tub. I love the details in the room - from the bright wallpaper to the mid century furniture - everything gives off a very Palm Springs vibe. Everything was very comfortable as well. It was nice to have our own patio for quiet times too.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Cactai. We loved the decor - modern, mid-century vibe and not overdone. The amenities, bedding and bathroom are top notch. Love that the “service” is a text away so you feel supported but there’s nothing intrusive at all. The touchless checkin was quick and efficient. You are given a code for the front gate which made us feel safe. We highly recommend this gem.

Great value for the price! Adorable outdoor space with hot tub, pool, lounge chairs, and cabana. Plus a bonus private patio. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

The Cactai is a beautiful and relaxing stay. It was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in (and I do not stay in anything below 3 stars). The pool area faced a beautiful view of the mountains and plenty of palm trees, I cannot wait to relax there again. It’s a contactless stay which I was not very clear on before, but just noting that for reference. But the owner is very responsive and the cleaning staff you’ll see are delightful and obviously good at their job. Rooms are spacious, good size fridge and kitchenette, comfy beds, a bidet and nice shower. You are close to downtown but just far enough out it centralizes you to other things and removes any commotion. I really cannot wait to stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cactai. We were en route from S.F. to Phoenix with our elderly dog and the place was perfect. Decor is lovely and hip, pool and hot tub are warm (with beautiful views), and rooms are clean with great amenities. Location is also hard to beat. Wish we could have stayed longer.
