Me and my family lived here for 5 years. During our stay we were really satisfied with all the people from maintenance and the office. They were always quick to solve our problems. We never had any complaints against our neighbors. The pool was always clean. They dumpsters were never overfilled with trash. Another good thing is that they were really good about pest control. Washer and dryer were always working, never had an issue with them. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to everyone.

This place is very unprofessional , I went and applied for an apartment and got denied but honestly I believe it was rasicm because my husband and I both have never been denied for any apartment before for years now we made enough money . First they kept asking us about our paystubs as if we were lying about how much we made than they start saying you have to have make 2.5x the rent which we did and had proof of it . I honestly believe they just had it coming from us since they seen the color of our skin and how young we were . Genesis is very unprofessional and very rude . I wouldn’t recommend this apartment if you are a colored person or young , they will find any reason in the world to deny you that doesn’t make any sense .

This has got to be the worst apartment l've ever lived at. The apartments are old fashioned and haven't changed from 2003. Never any parking, their security cameras are just for looks, jacuzzi doesn't work, gym door is jammed often and has like 4 sad machines. The gates don't shut ever (so much for paying for a gated community.) Thankfully, just moved out recently, & things that were broken upon move-in were charged towards us of course.
While we fairly named what was our doing, which wasn't even a lot. The deposit return we got back is a joke mao. Just know the staff is inconsiderate and rude, and will talk to you like you're stupid while each leasing agent is on a different page from each other. Happily say "Oh well" & will sweep your concerns under the rug. Crazy unprofessional. Save your time and energy away from these people.

I just renewed my lease for the second time. Living at Terraza Del Sol has been the best experience. The apartments are so nice. Besides having our own attached garage, we get our own washer and dryer along with all appliances included. Karrisa, Janelle, and Alex work in the office and are always in a great mood and so helpful with any questions I have. The maintenance and grounds are always clean. They have a CARES Team that throw monthly events so that neighbors can get to know each other. I feel safe with Terraza Del Sol being a gated community. My neighbors have become friends and there is no better feeling than feeling comfortable where I live.

We recently moved here and I LOVE it!! The move in was so simple and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Karissa was awesome she helped us with everything and when we asked to move our move in date up a couple of days it was no problem. The layouts of the apartments are spacious and having an attached garage really makes it feel like a home. I would recommend this community to anyone especially if you have kids as its very kid friendly! Shopping, banks and restaurants are all close by too which is a plus. Needless to say I am very happy that we found this place and will enjoy living here!

Just moved in 2 weeks and I absolutely love my new place. I wanted to move in ASAP and I was able to do that ALL THANKS TO Mrs. Lizeth Fuentes. She was the absolute best with getting me in as smooth as possible. She was very professional yet friendly and had such a warm spirit about her. The overall process applying for residency was were easy and simple. I highly recommend that if you are choosing to reside at the Terraza Del Sol definitely ask for Mrs. Lizeth . She made my move-in experience a GREAT ONE! Thanks 🤝
