Well I'm having problems here. I've been staying here off and on since the late 90s. I feel that the rooms are great for their age. I do wish that they had better insulation between them though. My neighbor was blasting their TV at 11:30 at night and I called the office and asked him to please tell them to turn it down. By 12:15 am no change. I called the office again and he said that they didn't answer the phone. He told me to go over there knock on the door and ask them to turn it down. That made me mad! I thought give them a little time and they might shut it. At 1:40 am I called the front desk and told him to get over here and take care of the problem. He finally got up off his butt and told them. But he should have done this without me calling twice!

I've lived in the area for quite some time but have never stepped foot in this place until recently. Due to my home being painted, I needed a place to stay for the day/night and decided to give the Terrace a chance. I arrived, checked in and went to my room..surprisingly the room itself was very neat and tidy, smelled fresh and had a very comforting feel. The huge king size bed was a plus, as well as the bathroom which was decorated nicely and had a slight "bleachy" odor (which I loved). There was a microwave and mini fridge in room, a nice sized tv and the place was fairly quiet during the night. Id say this is the little brother of The Best Western I'll definitely be returning in the future it was well worth the $50+ spent.

There was one slight problem the manager/owner! But other than that...For being a motel, I was very satisfied the staff was very nice, they had the best economic price around, and the place is nice and clean! It's very simple but cute and considering the fact that is a motel my family and I were truly surprised it was way better than expected:) and the owner manager whatever he is is rude and you can't understand what he says:/

Staff is nice and patient. Also day manager has a great sense of humor. He says all his clients belong in a mental hospital and he's going to start committing everyone one at a time or open his hotel as a mental hospital instead of a hotel, lol.

It's a cool little place that offers microwave's and mini refrigerators in every room plus there is plenty of space a big bed plus a closet, as well as a laundry room, not many places offer it's also fairly priced $100 flat no tax or anything. It's a cool little walk to the nearest stores but there is a safeway by as well.

I'm gonna be honest I would not recommend this hotel to anyone not even a homeless person, I arrived from Okc 5am checced in at 10am they called my room said check out or will call the police mind u I had just arrived at 5 am paid 120 dollars and was told checc out or will call 911 I was told by the lady at the front desk, we don't care that u checced in at 5am leave so yeah horrible.
