Maria and Rosie are good so far. The floors are dirty in hallways, smells come from apartments. The building has lead, and asbestos. They gave my parents the room all the way in the back with confusing hallways... what bothered me the most to leave the review was that they will have to park outside because the car is not under my dad's name even though that is their daily driver... no temporary pass was offered and they are handicapped.

Manager Maria is Rude. If you Do Not live in the county, she Does Not want you there. That's DISCRIMINATION. First she bribes you with $50 application fee. Later finds out, you don't live in the county. What a Scammer. With all the negative reviews, says alot, how she manages the place.
Don't Waste Your Time And $$. California
Law, you have the Right To Copy Of YOUR Credit Report and Background Check. She also wanted electronic debit $1298.00 to hold apt without signing a lease.

This place could use people who care for seniors starting with the management office. I been here for 3yrs and management has completely change 5 times and all have come with broken promises. In my opinion the management has gone from bad to worst. They come to fix or repair stuff instead they put a bandit when it needs to be replace over and over again. The hallways carpet has been vacuum one time in six months. They send notices out to make you aware that something will be improved and that it will take two days but like 99% of the time they don't show up and unless you try to find out what happen you got to go to the office because they don't have the decency to let you know that it won't happen till the following week. I try to let my neighbors know because most are afraid of going to the office for themselves. What a shame. The hot water is a problem which seems to go bad too often and again the reason is that they are buying used parts that go bad almost as soon as it is replaced anyway I really hope that something gets done soon because the senior citizens are in a part of their life which they just want to be happy and without stress. God bless us all.

Thank you Mikey and Saul for keeping up with our building and maintenance around here. I recently needed my sink fixed. Maintenance contacted me, looked at what it needed, Mikey came to fix and I am happy with the results..So good job gentlemen..

Sycamore Senior Village has an infestation of "Bed Bugs" being spread amongst the community & elsewhere.
While managers, Fenix Pleitez & Richard Grover are unresponsive and ignorant to complaints, they are responsible for the transport and spread of the uncontrolled "Bed Bug" population that originated @ Syc . Village and is rapidly spreading who knows where due to Management neglect.
Please beware that tenant in unit 321 was forced out of her unit to discover that she too had been invaded by 'Bed Bugs!'
