Manager gave a random stranger our room key by "accident" and they walked in on me and my partner during an intimate time, SEVERELY violating our privacy. The manager said he "fixed" the problem when we went to complain but wasn't very apologetic and offered to give us another room but we were already too concerned about the "accident" happening again since apparently some rooms don't come with secondary door locks (Ours included) and the manager was unaware of this until we informed him. So unless you're staying in the room 24/7, anyone can "accidentally" access your room. In the end we were only offered half of our money back for our troubles. So if you're looking to pay for a potential violation of your privacy/safety and loss of your belongings with little chance of a full refund if either event occurs, then look no further.

Literally the worst hotel in the entire country; and I drove here from Florida...

I arrived early, so I parked in the empty parking lot. Manager came out and started knocking on my car asking who I was. Not a problem, just a little weird and super impatient and unwelcoming... I should have taken the hint and booked somewhere else!

He got me checked in. As I was walking to my room, he ran me down in the parking lot and demanded a pet-deposit for my tortoise who is inside a cage (100 other hotels, no others ever did that)..

Paid cash because definitely don't give a place like this your credit card. And I got to my room. With all the lights on, it's still dark, and smells like cigarettes. It's almost too dark and gloomy to see the mold growing on the ceilings.. Room is cramped and smelly, and there is something gross caked onto the fabric of the chair.

The toilet was clogged before I even got into the room; which normally would be an issue; but pretty sure I don't wanna use the toilet here anyways. Tossed a tissue in there and it wouldn't flush at all.

Old nasty fabric furniture clearly hasn't been cleaned since the 70's. Probably infested with scabies.. Tempted to just sleep in my car. Then at night; the cigarette smell gives way to a strong smell of the black mold growing on the ceiling. Super unhealthy conditions. I was booked for 2 nights and I'm really not picky. But this place is an absolute health hazard. Gonna try to cancel.

Next time just do a budget hotel. It'll definitely be better (and cheaper) than this. Seriously the worst I have seen.

The location is off the main drag, so it is more quiet than the other chain hotels. Unfortunate outdated rooms could use some new flooring, and work desk/ tables & chairs, plus more accessible electrical outlets. Housekeeping does a good job with bathrooms but the towels were old, thin and dingy. Front desk checkin was easy and staff was friendly.

Worst hotel experience in 75 years! Worst part was blindingly bright light over sink that was on a motion detector, could not be turned off (staff unavailable), so blinded me when I got up in the middle of the night (fact of life for 75 year old). A/C did not work properly, room was dingy, dirty, mattress sagged, TV remote froze...as did the juice I put in the door of the refrigerator!

Would not recommend
The towels in the bathroom should all be retired, they were all worn out, and had lots of dark marks and the strong bleach smell. Hotel room had a few broken facilities which should be replaced. The breakfast was very minimal, could not match any normal Super 8’s standard !!
