The staff is fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. We loved the full breakfast. The only problem we had were the beds. Both were awful. We'd stay here again though.

Our stay at the Super8 at Eureka Springs, AR, was surprisingly good. The room was clean, with no bugs or grossness. The carpet was decent, and sheets smelled of bleach, so I knew they were washed. Their pool and hot tub were indoors, a big plus. Their breakfast was good. Parking was easy and plentiful, which was awesome for my big truck! We will be staying there next time we are up!

I was bit 5 or 6 bits the beds were new and comfy but I believe a start of bed bugs!! We had a room in the outside .. the pool and hot tub was great and breakfast was good may be something you might want to check on with the bed bugs . Other than that great stay I was the only one bit in our room . May be a onset of them 🙁

Beautifully located. They handled special requests to check in early happily. Everyone was super nice even when 20 minutes into our stay a drink got spilled on the bed and we need an entire bedsheet and blanket set replaced. Will stay again. Indoor pool was awesome.

Spacious room and great location, not far from downtown. Despite the storm coming in, I am very pleased with my visit to Eureka Springs. Shout out to the front desk agent, Maria for being so caring and going through the process to see if I was able to get a credit for the last day since I wanted to check out 1 day early. Maria was patient and kind, and she was able to issue a full credit for the last day.

I will be returning to this location for future visits to Eureka Springs because of Maria and the clean property.

Great place to stay! Rooms are clean and tidy. Beds are a little firm for myself but obviously just my opinion. Location was perfect. Tram pick up right at the hotel. Continental breakfast was really good as well. Will stay there again

Pros: large, very clean rooms with large fridge and microwave. Free hot breakfast (sausage, eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy-yogurt also available but no fruit, however). Trolley stop in front of hotel. Clean indoor pool area.||Cons: Drywall in bathroom visible with peeling paint. Dehumidifier in room with nothing to connect it to. Indoor pool very cold and the hot tub was not functioning. In all fairness we did knowabout the hot tub when we booked. No nightly movie at the pool as advertised, even though we were told the first 2 days what the movies would be (we were at the pool area at designated time the first night, 10 minutes late the second night). No daily cleaning service (not an issue for us but might be for some. Housekeeping did come on the third day when we were out of the room). Bathroom light with wiring exposed/no cover on light fixture as well as one bulb out. One light bulb missing from vanity light. Desk and breakfast staff abrupt. Staff noted to take frequent smoke breaks in front of the lobby.||The housekeeping staff does a very good job here. For this reason we gave the hotel a 3 rating, instead of lower. The front desk/breakfast area staff are hit or miss. Most were abrupt. Little information is provided upon check in and there is nothing in the room to tell you breakfast hours, pool hours, check in/out, etc. Questions were answered when asked. Given the condition of our room we thought the hotel was at full capacity and we were given a room not normally in use. However, the parking lot was far from full. I doubt we would return as there are many other options in the area.

Had a great experience, staff was friendly & helpful. Watched a movie while we swam and relaxed in hot tub. Then decent breakfast in the morning. We will come back again
