So upon arrival at this shanty shack we were greated by a very rude and very unattentive battle ax of a lady. We asked for 2 nights and were denied upon completion of a trial night. Both of out i.d.s were taken yet since one person pays the other has no option for a key or a towel. Everytime i had a run in with these people i felt as if my soul was being examined by some sort of anarchy. The only thing good about this place was the fact that it has a club next door and the serve liquor. I dont normally drink but to escape this hell i turned to the Electric Cowboy for a few hours. When i had gotten back from my clubbing experience the police were chasing some guy that had stopped to see his sister while she was in town. Will not be returning to this place until Super 7 gets this place on track. You do not want to be there i can promise you. I would rather stay at the capri in benton. Thats crazy is it not?

OK MANAGER, After the last 2 nights i stayed there after writing the first part of this review may i ask why we were still not allowed any towels? Matter of fact talked down to as we asked if moving forward was what was going to happen. I myself was even told that we were going to have to pay for towels, thats plural, because your housekeeper didnt bring us any. Also when i came from walmart my girl wasnt there so i needed the door unlocked and was told that if i didnt bring the key right back i would have to buy it as well. You only gave us one key in the first place. Is it to much to ask for you to give us 2 until check out. I mean we are both adults and left the one you did leave us on the broken nightstand. Im sorry for the bad review. I hate that bad buisnesses like yours has to be held accountable for the way you treat paying customers. Why can people not sit outside? Is there a problem with wanting to sit in the fresh air. And i find it horrible that the rooms only working wall socket is for the t.v. cant charge a phone and watch t.v. The outlet in the bathroom was not good either. Zero stars across the board. Yay super 7 of little rock.

Room is outdated and could be cleaned better.Not a place for children not safe.Refridge was big and worked effectively.Stand up shower only was big and clean.Keep doors locked to room at all times, car doors also. Not the safest areasCould here music from club near by.

I'd like the maid service it's just that the people that check you in if you pay $54 and give them a dollar worth of change they don't want it

Book a weekly room , front desk was so nonchalant and not welcoming…there no microwave, stained linen , then. I was told my room was going to be clean three days out the week that very next day that it was supposed to be clean I even requested housekeeping & my room was still not clean. Took my linen downstairs to get clean linen and I was told that I couldn’t get clean linen that it had to be requested by housekeeping. To pay $275 for a week is definitely not worth it.

Don't do it to yourself but find here. Unless your just can't afford anything else. The rooms are boring. Hardly any outlets. I had to plug my phone up in the bathroom and pull the table and chair down so I could have somewhere to sit. The only thing I liked was the walkin shower. If u ever need help. With the cleaning or remodeling I'm always looking for a job. I would love to help. I might even can help with a few ideas. Let me know.

won't pay insurance for the pool. This one actually filled in and a nice patch of sod edged by the pool apron. Such a refreshing way to cool off on those hot 100° summer days.

Have stayed here in the past. 2 adults, 1 freakin towel. Then when you ask the housekeeping for an extra towel, they just stand there looking at you! The lady was Hispanic so I ask her in Spanish for an extra towel, still didn't get one. I literally had to buy 2 towels from Walmart out my own pocket. And if they give you a room on the East side of the motel, beware that on Friday & Saturday night, you will not be able to sleep due to the loud music from the trashy nightclub next door. We called the club and asked them to PLEASE turn it down some, they laughed and hung up. I literally had to be at work the next morning and also complained to the hotel management and they told us there was nothing they could do about it. Well duh, you could call the club and inform them that you have guests who need to sleep because of their job. I will NEVER stay here again. And also no microwave in any room, you have to go to the pool house for that (long walk). Then got woke up at 5am to a knock at the door but when I looked out window nobody was there. Then 10 minutes later, some dopeheads next door were arguing and slamming things against the wall. Ratchet to say the least
