The worst hotel I have stayed in anywhere on earth. This place is a complete scam as well. The photos online must have been from a decade ago. The rooms they will show you look like a bomb went off in them. Completely unlivable. I have seen abandoned buildings in better shape. They will show you a room that is still disgusting but livable for double the price. It was nighttime and I had no choice so i took it. Everything is dirty, broken, and in disrepair. Roaches everywhere as well. The neighborhood is incredibly unsafe and filled with drug addicts and other unsavory individuals. I am trying to get a refund for this. DO NOT BOOK HERE!! I honestly don’t know how they can stay open in this shape. I will be reporting them to every agency I can find. This place should be shut down.

Terrible service in a terrible part of town. They told us our room didn’t have electricity and could only offer us another room that was $30 more expensive, even though they had confirmed our reservation. The receptionist didn’t speak English well enough to explain the problem, so he handed us his phone to speak with his manager. We were told we could either pay $30 more per night or find somewhere else (it was 1 a.m. when we arrived). I was so frustrated that I decided to leave. As a bonus, when we were leaving, one of guests came down and asked receptionist if he could have our room because the window in his room couldn’t be opened, and the air in the room was so bad he couldn’t breathe.

My family and I were in desperate need of a room upon arriving here after camping and having very little money. Every motel/hotel/inn I visited wanted a hefty deposit and wouldn't allow our ESAs. I finally found this place and I knew it was going to be sketchy based on the price but it honestly wasn't that bad tbh. I paid for a room with one bed and a shared bathroom. The room was gross, I won't lie. The walls had awful graffiti, both racist and homophobic. There was a giant hole that was stuffed with a plastic bag. The bed spread had holes and burn marks and the mattress was yellow. The window was partially broken and had a single curtain panel tacked up. The floor was filthy and so we kept our shoes on the entire time. I set up a tent for my brother, laid sleeping bags on top of the bed, and blew up our camping pillows to avoid touching/using the floor/bed. The shared bathrooms were fairly clean and the water was hot. My mum accidentally had a sip of the water and was violently ill so BUY BOTTLED WATER. The area is terrible; homeless people, drug activity, fecal matter, police and ambulances, construction in the middle of the sidewalks, loose dogs, and so on. But for $30 the first night and $40 for the second I was happy, you get what you pay for here. A note to the staff: THANK YOU. You gave my family a place to stay. I was violently ill, throwing up and yelling in the early AM. My mother had to strip the bed and throw away the bedding. They gave her garbage bags and didn't charge us extra for ANYTHING. And that room was nasty, it stunk of vomit and was a mess. My mum did her best at cleaning up. They also let us have a later checkout for free. Kind people providing a necessary service for a struggling community.

I called to make a reservation at 11:15 at night and the guy wouldn’t let me make a reservation and told me he couldn’t understand what I was saying. This had happened with a few of my friends as well. We chose this place cause we only planned on sleeping there after a long drive and leaving! The morning guy is amazing his name starts with a K I think. This guy who works nights is awful and you guys are loosing so much business only reason I put one star is cause I couldn’t post this without choosing something

This place is horrible! Nothing like the pictures online. 2-3 stories and no elevator so prepare to walk up stairs. No personal bathrooms everyone shared one stall bathroom and it looked like people actually lived there.
