This hotel is very nice once you are inside the room and you can forget about what goes on out there. The rooms are newly renovated with great amenities and style. It looks like a 4 star hotel rooms even better than some embassy suites. The colors the newness of it is well worth it. The area around it feels shady but it’s downtown so you expect that. I just wish the management would elevate the service and the way the staff carry themselves with their guests. Not every guest that walks in is trouble or deplorable and they should be treated with some level of graciousness and not like they are inconveniencing you. My overall stay was inside my room until the end when i heard a man and woman fighting so loudly in the next room with children in the room. It went on for a good hour until i checked out. I’m a person for aesthetic of my environment and i place more value of beauty near me than the ugly out there that is out of my control. I will be back.

So I been here for some days and the owners are cool and the stay is cool but overall it’s a lot of baby roaches in the bathroom I got them slow down a lot and I pull the beds out and it was so much trash under them I went and tried to show the owner pictures and all he told me was don’t move the furniture, but I moved the furniture because we seen a roach for under the bed. That’s what made me move the furniture so we could catch it and kill it. anyway, I wind up, sweeping all the trash and my son from under the bed and under the little dresser, and it was so much trash you can tell the maze the housekeeper they don’t pull the furniture out to clean from under it, which they should I did housekeeping for a year and some change at a hotel and Colton California and that’s what you supposed to do as his housekeeper do you want Pleasant stay if you paying all this money for the room upgrading, but the baby roaches are bad in the bathroom and the trash that I found up under the bed was terrible

The customer service and cleanliness of the room more than made up for its location. It is quiet and I didn't have to worry about my vehicle. Ms. Judy was very friendly and allowed me to ask whatever questions I had. The beds were comfortable. The room had a fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board. Plenty of space and very quiet. I will be returning.

The front desk staff and housekeeping were nice, and there was free coffee in the front office. These aspects and the hotel being close to the places we were visiting were pretty much the only positives. My family and I were there for over a week and there were no hand towels available, only large bath towels and washcloths. The washcloths looked dirty with black stains on them. The vinyl floors seemed like they had never been vacuumed (there was a cherry pit and stem I noticed on the floor between my bed and the wall that was there the whole time) nor mopped and it made our socks black so we started just wearing our shoes around the room. There was a hatched cockroach egg in the coffee machine basket, a dead cockroach on the floor, the ice machine costs 50¢ & was broken (staff was nice and returned the 50¢ and said they knew the machine was broken), the fridge was turned off when we arrived so the freezer was thawed and full of water, renovations were happening at all hours of the day and night around us (loud drilling and pounding), there were 2 toilet paper roll frames but no toilet paper bars so the roll just sat on the counter, the blow drier didn't work, and there were zero fire sprinklers in the room.

First of all, the staff at this property is absolutely amazing!!! Everyone we encountered from the front desk, to maintenance, to bell hops,were incredibly kind and welcoming. It really is the people who make the place, and whoever is in charge of hiring sure knows how to pick them!!!
The rooms were the perfect size and cozy, a true San Bernardino experience. Very clean and quiet. Location is great and there are good amenities I was even able to join a fun restaurant near during my stay.. many compliments to Studio 6 , thank you so much for an amazing stay!!

This is a standard motel 6, deceivingly listed as "Studio 6". And for what you get at their listed prices, this is a $50/night room, not $95/night.
We checked into a room with a king size bed, but OMG, the mattress was used and abused millions of times (which we should not be surprised about 😉 ). We were willing to tolerate thru that, since it was just 1 night.
However, right from the moment we got in, there were extremely loud, indecipherable yelling / screaming noises coming from somewhere. We initially didn't think much of it, but within the next hour it got louder and more frequent (seemed like a bunch of teenagers and/or young adults got the room next door and were having a party on a Monday night.

We called front desk to request them to inquire / help subdue the noise....their response:

Front Desk: "We don't see anyone outside the door, don't know where its coming from".

Myself: "Yes sir, of course you're not seeing anyone, but the noise is very loud and what is your protocol in such instances? OR are there any other rooms we can move to?"

Front Desk: "We're not sure what noises you're mentioning, and all rooms will be noisy, people have to go to work in the morning."

Myself: "I'm not clear what you're addressing, but what are our options?"

Front Desk: "You'll just have to go somewhere else".

We waited for a few minutes, the noises got much more obnoxiously louder, we left and checked into another, much more comfortable, elegant, peaceful hotel nearby.

At least they were kind enough to refund our entire $95.00
