My husband and I toured several AL facilities when looking for a residence for Mom and narrowed our choices to two. The Stratford at Beyer Park was a top choice as the staff and residents were so welcoming to us. When we returned with mom to tour, Stephanie answered all of our questions and helped greatly to alleviate any concerns we had. Mom did choose the second residence she toured as it was close to our home, but I feel The Stratford at Beyer Park would be a warm and comfortable home with a knowledgeable and caring staff.

I toured six facilities before choosing the Stratford for my Mom. There is a reason why we chose the Stratford. The staff is hands down unmatched. The personalized care and support that the staff has shown not only for my Mom, but our whole family has been incredible and more than we could have asked for. We feel like they are family now and isn’t that what you would want for your loved one? Faith toured myself and several family members several times and never batted an eye- she was always available to answer any questions and made us feel so comfortable. And most importantly-since moving in, my Mom is calmer and happier than I have seen her in years.

I was referred to Stafford by a social worker.
I was skeptical at first but upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised how much of a home this place felt like. I was able to tour the premises by myself, and then with my mother. We were seeking a facility for my grandmother and it was remarkable to see how the elderly were treated here. Stephanie and her team are some of the most pleasant people you’ll meet. Although we ended up not committing to Stafford, Stephanie continued and still till this day checks in and follows up with us about my grandmother. Overall just an amazing experience.

This review has been a long time coming. That being said the staff here at Stratford At Beyer Park is amazing. They are caring thoughtful understand with their senior community. I never thought I would say this, but I’m happy that my mother is here at this facility. They take excellent care of her and meet all of her needs and then some thank you thank you thank you.

The Stratford exceeded my expectations from matching my urgency for an immediate housing change from another facility over to theirs to a personalized welcome sign when arriving for the tour. Stephanie and Faith did an excellent job with setup and onboarding. The staff is very friendly and has taken our concerns into high consideration. Picking the Stratford over other facilities was a no-brainer!

Stephaine and her team have really made the transition really smooth and stress free for not just me but for my mom as well. As I toured the place quite a few times before showing my mom the staff made me feel welcomed and answered all the questions. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking. Mom started having falls and losing her mobility. Things occurred rather quickly. We contacted Erika and did a tour. Erika was in constant communication with us and available any time for our questions or concerns. Erika went above and beyond to make sure we had Mom placed in her new home ASAP! We moved Mom in today after a long morning of doctors and paperwork. The staff were patient and kind! Our favorite part was the ribbon cutting to Moms new apartment and the welcoming team! We know that Mom will be cared for and happy at Stratford! We can’t thank the staff enough, and especially Erika!!! Thank you!
