If you like the cockroach this is the right place

Check other website reviews. These few positive ones on google are not representative of most reviews. That said, their Lodge or Aspire residences may provide a better experience. We stayed in the primary (original) hotel which they describe as historic, instead of the more accurate description of just old and shabby. While the exterior looks well maintained, the rooms are not. We stayed in a superior king, which boasted good views however the windows had not been cleaned in ages and our primary window had numerous large cracks. Low water pressure was barely warm. Later, we met a couple who was moved to an Aspire room for the same reason. Portable AC units only, which are of course very loud. The pool is closed and there is no housekeeping service, even for a 5-night stay. They claim it is due to Covid when it is clearly to cut expenses. If they were truly concerned about Covid, they would discontinue the crowded unmasked tours which are open to the public, instead of discontinuing housekeeping services to guests. Relaxing in the lobby by the fireplace wasn’t an option due to all the tours coming through with their guides repeating the same lines. Parking is problematic and there is frequently a line while they collect parking fees from the non-guests who are coming for a tour. Those visitors are given access to the same parking spots as the guests so be prepared to park far away from the hotel on many occasions. You will also need to carry your own bags, and the only way to get to the front desk without carrying them upstairs is to maneuver with your luggage through the line waiting for the guided tours. Perhaps they should discontinue their hospitality business altogether and simply become a full-time amusement park.

While I had to clean the room to my liking, the queen bed was super clean, comfortable, and had a down comforter. I did kill a handful of roaches but did not find any bedbugs. I was on the first floor and there is construction going on in the business below. The wifi works well but you must ask them to enter the password into your devices. The is a common kitchen so ask where it is. The window has blinds but no curtains.

Worst hotel ever!!!! I stayed here and when I turned off the lights roaches were everywhere. When i closed my door half way through the night I hear mice go under the door. When I woke up bed bugs were clawing on the bed. I talked to the female owner and she started cussing me at Arabic. The male owner is aggressive and gives you strange looks , I wouldn't have any children stay here. Most scary place ever!!!
