This hotel is a wonderful place to enjoy during your trip to Volcano. The concierge Meagan could not be more professional, friendly & competent. We stayed in the Annex while some friends stayed in the hotel with the bathrooms down the hall. Both are lovely & you can’t go wrong either way. We were here for a big event and Meagan helped us every step of the way. She is amazing & will elevate your trip into the stratosphere with her attention to detail. I’m happy to say she became a friend by the end of our stay - but she knows how to read you & if you want to be left to your own devices, she can do that too. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Saint George this week for three nights. The cabin we were in was clean and ready to go. We loved the gas fireplace heating in the room. Shower pressure was a bit low but nice and hot. The off-site manager, Meghan who is new to the hotel, is doing a great job for what she is expected to do. There is a lot of renovations being done to the rooms, cabins, restaurant and bar and new staffing is on the way. Be patient during the renovations. We would stay there again.

My wife and I just got home from a great meal at the main dining room. My prime rib and her rib eye were excellent and cooked to perfection. The other sides were delicious as well. We split the poached salmon appetizer and it was over cooked, rubbery, and not tasty, especially for the price. However, we will definitely return.

The meals coming from the kitchen bound for the bar looked terrific as well. Recommend that they post the bar menu on the website. It doesn't come up.

There was a wedding party there the same night we stayed there. They did not stop partying until 5 in the morning. They were right outside my door on the deck. They were screaming, drinking, throwing up, smoking, cussing stomping up and down the stairs, screaming in the halls. No one stopped them. I don't mind some fun, but all night long? Completely unacceptable!!!

Please do not book other people at your hotel if it is booked with a wedding party, especially if you do not have rules for after hours. This was the most unpleasant hotel experience ever. Horrible!

We have stayed at the St. George Hotel numerous times over the past decades and we love the charm of the place. We have taken family members and brought friends who had never stayed there before. We will continue to be loyal customers. Great place to spend the night if attending the local theater too!

I stopped into the St George for dinner and drinks with 3 others. The bartender was also our waiter and he was attentive and polite. We all ordered food; I has the Pesto Chicken Sandwich and it was phenomenal!!

I would definitely go back and would also suggest this place to others!

Former bartender of six years here. New resident to the area. Brought a couple of friends in to Whiskey Flat Saloon... cheered when the bartender announced she loved everyone in the room. Then she automatically followed that by saying "Except you three, I don't know you" to my group. Tried to make small talk over draft beers and dollars on ceiling- she was short is the polite version. Have never felt more ostracized and unwelcomed in my life. Food was decent, but if you're not an established local... well feel free to experience the animosity for yourself.

This hotel provides a beautiful experience! It is quaint, quiet, and extremely welcoming! The staff were all very sweet and informative, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable! They have a stunning private garden near the rooms with a lot of seating and lighting. They have a restaurant inside with seating outside as well so you can see the amazing views. They also have a bar attached that is convenient, but not too close to the rooms that you can hear the noise and music. It is an overall lovely hotel in a beautiful town.
