From the moment my wife and I stepped into this community, we knew we had found something special. The sense of belonging and camaraderie here is surreal, making it one of the best decisions my wife and i have ever made.

The neighbors are not just friendly; they are genuinely caring and supportive. Whether it’s helping each other out during a move, organizing community events, or simply sharing a cup of coffee, there’s a warmth that fills the air. It’s honestly refreshing to live in a place where people look out for one another.

The amenities and surroundings only enhance our experience. There is a great gym, pool and on-site golf simulator (yes I said golf simulator). If you are an outdoor runner like me, you will love the surrounding neighbor hood. There are also many local shops and restaurants you can walk to. We love walking downstairs to the local Canteen and bare bottle brewery. My wife and I have also enjoyed participating in community gatherings, which have introduced us to so many amazing individuals. There are weekly community dinners as well as various community events thru out the year! I honestly have never been in such an engaging community!

What truly sets Springline community apart is the amazing staff!! I do not know a more caring, hardworking and dedicated staff devoted to their residents. They are always greeting you with a smile and ready to help with whatever issue you may have and they go far above and beyond to meet that. This is why I can honestly say that the staff at Springline have become more than just staff, they have become family. Springline residents truly appreciate the staff here and it shows. Recently we all pitched in to throw a gratitude dinner for all the Springline staff and maintenance as a way to show how grateful we are for their hard-work. Andrew, Justin, Ana, Paula, Kayla, Brian, Carlos, Freddie, Caro and all the others I missed here…THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS PLACE SPECIAL! SPRINGLINE IS BEAUTIFUL BECAUSE OF YOU!!

I had an amazing time at the Springline Apartments Menlo Park Holiday Event! The food was amazing, the staff was incredibly kind and friendly (especially Paula), and the atmosphere was magical!

My husband and I have been living here for over a year and we just renewed. We love the amenities, the parties Springline hosts (that are free to residents!), and the community feel. Residents here all talk to each other and we have resident hosted Wednesday Night dinners along with the Sunday brunches that Springline hosts. The leasing group is always so friendly and greets us every day! I can’t imagine living anywhere else but here. They are very accommodating if you need help with something, lost a package, need something printed out, or anything else (as shown by leasing staff Andrew on the roof in the pictures below that they will go above and beyond lol) The cleaning staff is also very attentive to each and every detail! Residents also receive discounts at the local shops, dry cleaning, and workout classes. We also have regular workout/yoga/pilates classes for residents in the gym or on the sunny deck. Springline additionally holds numerous get togethers with residents with drinks, music, and food and that is great after a long day at work. If you haven’t visited this place as a future resident, please do, you won’t be disappointed!

I fell in love with this apartment the moment Paula gave me the tour. The facilities are excellent, with a heated pool and hot tub, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Any issues with the apartment are resolved quickly and efficiently. The location is perfect, and there are frequent events with great food and drinks, adding a vibrant community vibe. Although I’ve only been here for three months, I already feel like this will be my long-term home as long as I stay in the Bay Area! Highly recommend!

I have had a very enjoyable time at Springline. What makes it for me is the staff. They are friendly, helpful and I feel they are there for me. I chose this building because of the excellent introductory tour that Paula gave me. She convinced me that Springline is a community and not just an apartment building. That is true because of Paula and her team.

Absolutely love living in Springline. The people are all so nice and there are so many great amenities. From the day I came in for my visit with Paula I knew this was my next place I would be living at. She did an amazing job showing me the complex and to this day, she is constantly making sure that everything is going well.
