I recently stayed at the SpringHill Suite for a weekend getaway, and it exceeded my expectations! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful upon arrival, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet.

The amenities were fantastic. They have a large pool and hot tub and firepit. The complimentary breakfast featured a great selection of food including fresh warm waffles, oatmeal, and biscuits gravy, eggs, and sausage.

Everything was great. A tad out of the way but our Uber came very fast to whisk us off to Main St for drinks and dinner. Hotel is brand new so everything is clean and in excellent shape. Pool is heated and there is a hot tub. Outdoor seating area with fire pit. Big breakfast area with standard hotel breakfast options. Don't bother asking for a view, it's either a grassy abandoned field or I-680. We would definitely stay here again!!!

1. 체크아웃 시간 이전에 임의로 룸 키 작동 중지시킴

체크아웃 시간 11:00 인데 10시부터 룸 키 작동 안해요. 데스크 직원한테 체크아웃하며 말했더니 무시하고, 말 끊고, 체크아웃만 해줍니다.

2. 조식 매우 부실하고 직원 불친절

조식은 06:30 부터 시작인데, 06:25분에 가니 5분 뒤에 오라며 구경도 못하게 하려 했습니다. 그래서 딱 06:30 에 보니 조식은 준비가 되어 있지 않았습니다.
식빵, 머핀 조차 없는 호텔은 처음입니다.

메리어트 계열사 호텔들 이용해봤지만 이렇게 엉망인 곳은 처음입니다. 심지어 방도 매우 작아요. 유일한 장점은 지어진지 오래 안돼서 방이 깔끔하다는 것입니다.
돈 내고 불쾌한 경험하고 싶은 분들에게 강추!

The hotel is less than a year old. It was in great condition, very clean, nicely decorated with better than average furnishings. It was also quiet & had a comfortable bed. Friendly staff & typical breakfast for this standard of hotel. The room had a nice layout with an actual door to the shower/toilet/sink area. Other Springhill Suites we have stayed at did not have a door to the sink area which we find very annoying. The bathroom was well designed and had great lighting. It was one of the best hotels of that caliber (Springhill, Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, etc ) that we have stayed at in a long time.

Girls Trip Birthday Weekend for my cousin. The room was awesome, it accommodated all 4 of us, it had a day bed and trundle so everyone had their own bed. Hot breakfast served each morning. Extra towels with no problem. Great customer service

The staff that works there are absolutely amazing and professional. Cleanliness is very thorough, complimentary breakfast for those staying with friends and family. If you’re in the area for whatever reason, this is the better of the hotels in the area.

Nice new hotel but very poorly designed rooms. VERY dark, minimal lighting, reading lamps did not work, a/c not adequate, motorized blinds broken. Had to move our room because of all this. Bathroom was visually nice but poorly designed, not a hook or anywhere to hang your towel near the shower, no shower cap or other sundries provided. The 'sofa' which is a big reason for getting a 'suite' was like a big brick. It's actually a trundle bed which is great if you need it but if you don't you cannot sit on this thing, no way. The TV isn't even facing it so what's the point ? You're watching tv from bed so Breakfast was terrible. English muffins were stale, turkey sausage were like hockey pucks, no potatoes, no sliced bread for toast, no pastries just bagels. Worst hotel breakfast we've ever had. On the plus side was the staff ! They were lovely, very very helpful and fun. We made the best of a crappy situation because of the staff but we would never stay here again. No where near worth the price.

Pleasant hotel, but definitely need a car or be willing to take Ubers everywhere. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very spacious but a little dim. The bathrooms seemed modern, though it was weird that I had to ask for a bar soap for the sink at the front desk.

The breakfast was ok but some fresher fruit options would have been nice!
