This hotel is clean and well maintained. I did have trouble sleeping. The pillows are down filled and not supportive enough for me. The pipes and water are very loud! I woke many times to the sounds of loud pipes and water running which I will post videos of. The doors have a large gap at the bottom making sounds from the hallway very loud. I used towels to help dampen the noise. If you are a light sleeper there are noise problems that will make it difficult to sleep.
The best part of the hotel is their breakfast. It is so good! They have an omelette, waffle, oatmeal, and yogurt bar with many toppings to choose from. It is very neat and organized. They had gluten free Udis muffins! That was very good of them to think of those with food allergies. The hotel also places a complementary water and mixed nut bag in the room for guests. Shampoo/conditioner/ and body wash are supplied in the shower. Overall it is a great hotel. The loud pipes and water noises are my biggest issue as to if I would return to sleep here again.

Our focus for this hotel was purely to sleep as we were visiting family and not able to spend much time here. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, however the room had a few issues. Despite some of the reviews here, the pillows were not fluffy and were as flat as a pancake, making sleeping very challenging. The biggest issue was the shower. Upon arrival, we noticed black mildew in the corners along the ceiling and although there was not much of it, we were curious as to how it got there. We didn't have long to wait. Our first night there, my 10-year old son took a shower first and the water pressure was so strong, that he was crying due to the pain. The water coming out of the shower head felt like metal B.B.s. I put my hand under the water and it hurt badly, even with my high tolerance for pain. Secondly, the water pressure was so high, that water spilled out of the curtain sides and top (from ricochets) of the curtain rod. Water was all over the ceiling, the walls and the floor. We had to go to the pool to obtain nine additional towels to dry up the water on the floor so we could walk on it to get out of the small bathroom. Our temporary fix was to take a washcloth and cover the shower head, tying it up there with my daughter's hair tie. This satisfactorily lessened the shower pressure but the washcloth caused the water to spray everywhere in the bathroom, which was about the same effect as without the washcloth on the shower head. In any event, we made it work, although we still left the nine towels on the floor to keep it "dry". My last point is that, we pre-paid for this hotel and the charges should have been completed, however when we checked out, a random $46.00 charge showed up on my credit card. We are not exactly sure how or why this spontaneously displayed on our card but we will be reaching out the hotel here shortly if it does not display what the charge is for.||One last thing, it can be a bit tricky navigating the streets to gain access to the hotel parking lot. It is a safe place and perfectly located, just give yourself some time to access it, via the stoplights and one-way entrance.||Your mileage may vary with this location but we were a bit non-plussed with it.

Wonderful stay! Room & hotel were exceptionally clean. Staff was amazing, especially Dana at the front desk. Plus, great convenient location! Definitely recommend!

Although this is an older hotel, it is well maintained. The staff yesterday at check in was very friendly and welcoming. The morning front desk staff was also very pleasant!!!

The staff/owners were really great to us after a tornado. They gave vouchers for our kiddos to pick items from their little store and were generally helpful and kind. Rooms were comfy and clean.

The turn in off the road is a bit tricky but not unmanageable.

The staff here was extremely nice and very helpful during our stay. The room was great. Clean, comfortable, well priced. It's located well, except the entrance/exit is tricky from a busy street. Not the hotel's fault, but I just can't quite rate a five on that.
