La persona de recepción nunca esta y debes esperar hasta que llegue y te atiendan, pueden pasar hasta 15 min o mas. No habia servicios de baño cuando llegamos.

What’s good about the Hilton Spark? The bed is comfortable; the hotel is quiet; the shower is good.; the climate control is good. I like the location – good places to run, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff is friendly.

What’s not-so-good? No microwave in the room is the big one for me – going down two flights of stairs yesterday’s burrito in hand to heat it up in the microwave downstairs is just not restful. No cups in the room is another big one for me, although you can grab paper cups from downstairs. There is no bureau to put your clothes in. There is only one chair in the room so there’s no way to do any work. There’s no housekeeping at all for four nights. I didn’t expect no housekeeping at something affiliated with Hilton. You can put a sign on the door that says ‘not quite yet, please’ – which implies housekeeping. I hadn’t notice the sign in the room that says ‘For your comfort housekeeping services every other day.’ But when I went down to the front desk, I was told housekeeping is every four days. The next day I was told that there is housekeeping every other day, but only for trash and fresh towels although the sign pictured indicates ‘make bed’ as part of housekeeping. (So, “not quite yet please,’ apparently means ‘if it’s the fourth day, don’t come in to empty trash, make bed and change towels, yet’). I never eat hotel breakfast food – others may want to know that all there is for breakfast is bagels. Others may want to know there are homeless people in the brush in the parking lot in the morning. Others may want to know there is no coffee maker in the room (you can go downstairs and get coffee). I think the spark website at booking needs to do a better job of alerting customers to how bare bones this is. It’s quiet; good view; good locale; good bed; good shower but it’s not restful without a microwave, with no housekeeping for four days, no bureau, and only one chair not really useable for work at a desk. I liked the locale because I came when it was the Country Inn and Suites, but I’ll have to find something else from now on.

I would have rated the hotel a 3. But when I had a family emergency and had to leave early, they refused to cancel the night as they require 24 hours notice. I told them I wasn't staying about 7AM in the morning after I had already stayed there for three nights. Yet, they wouldn't give any refund for canceling the morning of a fourth night. It seems to me that if you've stayed for three nights, canceling the fourth should be ok. If you go to this hotel you very may wish to cancel. I thought it wasn't bad enough to move but you may find it bad enough to move yet not get a refund.

The staff was great. Very helpful with questions about the hotel and services. The room was huge with plenty of space. Only one chair which was weird. The only knock was the wall thermostat wasn't working. It wasn't too bad just a little warm in the room. The location is just off the 10 freeway and tucked away behind lots of large landscape. It made for a quiet night. I would stay here again.

My room was very clean. The mattress was excellent!! I felt comfortable and safe. No microwave in the rooms, but did have mini fridge, an iron, a blow dryer, single serving coffee maker, shampoo and stuff. Also a pool, but I didn't have time to use it. Free WiFi if you sign up for Hilton Rewards at no cost. I will stay again.

Arrived (last night) at the hotel in the middle of the night, tired and what happened - 100% friendly overnight employee (front desk). She took care of painless checking in/info.
I was so surprised to find out how big the room was, and let’s not forget - clean.
Bonus points: coffee and tea available 24/7 in the main lobby + breakfast bagel bar (4 types of bagels, peanut butter, Philadelphia cheese, orange juice, jello, etc.). There’s a tiny convenient snack store available which is good to have when you need it.
The price for the room was reasonable and the location perfect (next to I-10)

For a budget-friendly stay near the Inland Empire, this hotel is adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the property feels very basic. Rooms are clean but lack any warmth or essential amenities. Expect a metal patio chair for seating, bathroom shampoo and conditioner pumps didn't work and no coffee makers in the room, really. Expect a very limited, disappointing breakfast, nearly frozen bagels or muffins and yoplait. I know eggs are expensive but what about oatmeal or a banana?
The property used to be a Country Inn & Suites and the current state is a huge reduction in offered amenities. If you need a place to sleep and nothing more, this works. If you're looking for comfort or the amenities you'd expect, look elsewhere.

I stayed at Sparx by Hilton, and unfortunately, my experience was not the best. Check-in was quick, which was nice after a long journey. However, when we entered the room, we found that the bed was dirty—covered in small hairs. We immediately reported this to the front desk, and a staff member brought us clean bedding, but we had to change it ourselves. This left a disappointing impression, as I expected better cleanliness and service from a hotel of this level.

Additionally, the breakfast was very limited—just coffee, tea, juice, and bagels. I expected a better selection, especially from a hotel under the Hilton brand. I hope management takes note of these issues.
