I am changing my rating for Southwick Village from 5 stars to 3. We’ve been here going on 2 years and in the beginning everything was excellent. Now after switching over to being a renter we can’t seem to get maintenance to answer our work orders. We have issues that haven’t been addressed since this past spring. Now our dishwasher doesn’t work. I wonder how long it’ll take to get it repaired. Not happy in Southwick.

We have found not only a home, but a community of wonderful staff and residents. We hadn’t realized how isolated we had become in our home. The move to Southwick Village has been the best thing we could have done. It is the perfect blend of support and independence.

Place is very expensive. Rent keeps increasing while services that were once provided are being taken away. This place is designed to rob the residents blind. It wasn't always like that. The new owners are crooks and that lady Nancy gets so flustered and offended if the residents complain

Love the place and the staff EXCEPT for the fact there is no sign in/out sheet and no one really monitoring who is coming and going. This worries me! Safety is a big issue for our loved ones. 😢

Katelyn and Beth gave me an amazing tour of the community. Southwick Village is absolutely beautiful! The new owners are really turning the place around with all the new updates! I look forward to attending the Harvest Festival this year!

Katleyn did a super job explaining all the options available at Southwick Village. She showed us all the units we thought were interesting and she told us about all the amenities that came with each option. She has obviously done her research and knows what she needs to tell folks. I made an appointment with Katelyn to show me the cottages. She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I saw this development being build in the 1990’s and can see myself living there in the future.

Everyone is so nice and treats you like family. The only suggestion I have is that no one should park on the cement platform in front of the rocking chairs. They can park on the tar driveway. They should move the planters or have cones between the cement and the tar.
