Strongly recommend the SoundVision team. They are a tight knit team that have excellent processes in place for how they work. All of their installations (even complex ones) were seamless and they thoroughly documented everything. We’ve interacted with half a dozen of them over the course of our ground up multi year remodel and everyone was by far the best service provider we worked with out of our entire project. They collaborated very reasonably and promptly with our other subcontractors. Since we’ve moved in, whenever we’ve had occasional issues that touch their installed ecosystem, they have been as willing and able to help us as when we first hired them. When you call their support, they know your system intimately and have remedied issues within 5-10 minutes without needing to always make a house call. Not shocking once you knew them, as it is their character, but completely stellar level of service compared to the broader industry. They’ve even helped us troubleshoot issues that they aren’t the root cause of. 100 times out of 100 would strongly recommend SoundVision for any project large or small.

We ordered Lutron roller shades for the first floor living space of our new house, and we were delighted by the service SoundVision provided. Our project manager, Rody, did a terrific job of helping us understand the product and our choices of style, color, and remote control. He was highly responsive and very helpful at every stage. When it came time for the installation, we were doubly grateful for the tremendous expertise and precision of the install team, Donny and Chandler. They went above and beyond the call of duty. This is the third time that we have engaged SoundVision to upgrade our televisions and the installation of Sonos. The company arrives on time, and leaves the worksite cleaner than it was when they arrived. Like his predecessors Greg who worked with us today took time to explain the use of the new equipment installed and happily answered all questions we had. SoundVision does great work and Greg and all of his colleagues who have helped us are consummate professionals.
