I visit my girlfriend at Sofi Poway frequently, and every time I am there, I am impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire complex is. The overall atmosphere is exceptional, making each visit truly enjoyable.

During one of my visits, I had the pleasure of speaking with Kristen in the office about possibly renting a place there myself. She was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely friendly, making the conversation a joy. Her professionalism and warm demeanor left a lasting impression on me.

I love visiting my girlfriend because Sofi Poway is such a cool place to be. From the spotless common areas to the welcoming staff, this apartment complex stands out as a top-notch living environment. Highly recommended!

Avoid unless this is your last option. Lived here for over a year and here are my pros and cons.
PROS: Great outdoor area and pool/hot tub. Decent gym equipment until it breaks. There was some equipment broken for over 6 months. Kind and professional staff. Plenty of parking.
CONS: Extremely thin neighboring walls. Could hear TV sounds and conversations like they were in your apartment. A/C units do not cool the entire unit even at the coolest and highest fan setting. ZERO storage is available. On-site laundry dryers will ruin any and all decent clothes you own. One time I took the temperature of my clothes right out of the dryer and it read 178 degrees. Majority of the time there are multiple washers/dryers Out of Order. Majority of maintenance requests are ignored and cleared in the resident portal without any notification. Complex Emergency hotline will not act as if there is an emergency when called. You might receive a call back within 30 minutes to never. Main sewer backed up inside multiple apartments twice within the year ruining rugs and other personal items. They will tow your vehicle without warning or notifying you even when they have your license plate information and contact information. Chances are you will be sent to debt collection after you pay your final bill. I even overpaid my final bill. They then paid me back and I was still sent to collections. This place is absolutely awful. Like I said, avoid unless you have no other options.

I highly recommend Drew for any plumbing needs. His dedication to his work and the quality of service provided are truly commendable.
