Getting into my room wash fine when we entered the room it smelled like moldy carpet!! My wife had to go to the store to get something to get ride of the smell and keep our door open!!!……
So we decided to say something to the manager on staff which was “Dawn” she insisted on their maintenance guy come to our room!! We politely asked for a room change! Not full capacity fyi! She then proceeded to scream at my wife saying no she can’t do that that it’s to much of an inconvenience for her basically! I work over night witch some times takes 14hr! I was just trying to go to sleep! I would never ever recommend this place unless you’re doing shady shit!

Updated: I want to clarify that the incident I described did indeed occur at the Sleep Inn Fayetteville North at 728 E. Millsap Rd., Fayetteville, AR. There is no misunderstanding; the manager yelled and screamed at customers, displaying rude and unprofessional behavior. My stay was in August 2024, and the hotel room was booked under my husband’s name. It is disappointing to see that the hotel is now attempting to deny this incident.

Original review: Worst service ever!!! We had a dreadful experience at this hotel. The manager was not only rude but also displayed outright racist behavior. Her service was appalling, treating customers like unruly students in an 18th-century boarding school, complete with shouting and condescension. I’m surprised she didn’t get fired after getting so many negative reviews from customers complaining about her horrible service. It was clear they view their guests with disdain. Avoid this hotel if you want to be treated with respect and dignity.

Staff was super friendly. Our first room as soon as we walked into it smelled like really old cat pee. I instantly went back down and asked for a different room. The next room didn’t smell like pee but really awful mildew/ moldy smell. And now that we left I feel like the smell is still on me.
Bed was super uncomfortable.

A little bit of a wait to check in, but room was nice and clean, slept very well. Nice location. Definitely worth staying in the future.
