Really sad how this place has gone from a nice near the beach Rv park for seniors to a disgusting trash pile with only angry people who want you gone even though they will be gone sooner than me. The old people that live here full time are nasty and not neighborly at all. The “maintenance crew” litter trash all over to near by parks with no care as to where the trash goes and the trash can lids are constantly annoying everyone around its never ending. One guy wakes up at 6am and his loud truck wakes everyone within a 2 mile radius it’s not a nice place to stay stay far far away not worth a dime. (Save your self the trouble)

Our stay was at the RV campsite #12. As we entered the campground to check in there were no designated places to park as well as no places to unhook your vehicle. We had to just try to pull across the front of the building and blocked some vehicles but, we absolutely didn’t know what else to do. While we sitting there deciding what to do another truck with camper pulled in and like us they had nowhere to go. The entry is up a hill and wide enough area really but the parking lot was full. This was on a Sunday December 10th 2023. The service was friendly both on the phone prior to our stay and checking in. The park doesn’t have signs for directions for sites nor for traffic. These were uneven hilly with large gravel/rocks and narrow roads. Our RV is 44 ft. The hook ups were not set up in the right part of the site for our RV. We had to pull up closer to the road in order to hook power and sewer so that didn’t leave a lot of room to park the truck. When we got ready to leave we followed the traffic on around. There was a tight turn with a drop off that had no fence or guard rails at all. My husband is a pretty skilled driver of our 44ft long RV and still had to take it very wide and had to back it up to clear this tree and try to turn down this road. He got out and decided he would be able to clear the tree so I relaxed but , as he started driving it past the wooden post with reflectors I saw he was going to scrape the side of the Rv and I tried to communicate this to him, by the time I graythe Wally talkie he was already pulling by it. My heart sank I just knew he was scraping the side of the Rv. He barely missed it! Although the people were nice we will not stay there again . Also we assumed when we made the reservations that they were a part of Silver Dollar City. Not only do the shuttle buses only come every 3 hours but, theRV park is too faraway to walk to the park. So pretty inconvenient. It’s just not worth staying there with all of the many RV parks right around there that you could stay at probably with better perks!

I Love it. Where else can you wake up and see Morro Bay Rock. well, I am sure there are a few places in Morro, but certainly not where I live. and certainly better then over a 100 degrees for months.
Now we will wake up and see the Morro Rock, we bought a little place.

My mom and dad live here. My dad had just passed away . It was a little run down and no one was in the office at 1pm. The best part was the little oasis in the back. We talked with the couple and they were amazing.

This is a 55+ mobile home/ RV Resort. I love it! The people who live there permanently are very nice. There is a club house, showers, kitchen, tv area, laundry room. And plenty of walking places. Ruth is the manager, Ralph and Yvonne manage the grounds and club house. They all do a wonderful job. It is very clean inside and out. They were all very welcoming here.

Don't understand why they had to cram in every square inch of space with trailers. Very claustrophobic feeling now.
Use to be open and easy to walk around and visit. Not anymore. Just so sad

Nice clean park. Outside of town but still close to many amenities like grocery store, liquor store, and gas station and fast food.
