You won't always find what you are looking for, but you will probably walk away with stuff you didn't know you needed. This place is heavy on home decorator fabric with just enough cottons, flannels and other crafty fabrics to meet whatever your sewing needs happen to be. He has a wonderful selection of trims, laces, ribbons, buttons, hardware and a huge bin of 50 cent zippers. Do not be deterred by the factory appearance and lack of flashy signs. What it may lack in asthetics, is made up for in historical significance and authenticity. The guy who owns the place seemed to enjoy talking about the history of the garment factory and his place in it. I'll go back just to hear more stories. I bought 4 yards of minky fleece, and six yards of cotton, plus ten zippers for under $50. You can't get prices like that anywhere else.

John lets everyone know via Facebook when a shipment comes in. Get there quickly or you may not get what you want. Great guy. Love stopping in here when he gets new cottons. Never had a problem with fabric quality either.

Small space, so limited selection. But...good prices on quilt cotton and home decor fabrics. Friendly and accommodating owner. If you're in the area, check it out. Be sure to go to Art of Pie Cafe afterward for lunch!

Learned about this place from a friend and went in not knowing what I was looking for but found exactly what I needed. Person who was working there was friendly and knowledgeable of the wares. Prices were extremely fair compared to places like Joanne Fabrics. Highly recommend if you need fabric for projects.

Great prices and good sales. Fabric suitable for crafts, upholstery (curtains and furniture fabric), and some clothes. Not a whole lot of jersey options but since they seem to do leftover fabric bolt buyouts you are never guaranteed to find a certain item. Great store for browsing and different types of projects. Good selection of buttons and zippers too.

His prices and fabric quality can't be beat. It's hit or miss sometimes for what you may find here but he is generous in his fabric cuts as well. If you are looking for something non specific at a great price this is your place.
