My Mother was a resident at Sherwood Senior Residents , she recently passed away and went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ.
She lived there for 4 years . The apartment she had was perfect
if there was ever a need Maintenance always provided excellent
service in a very timely manner. I would like to give a very heart
felt thanks too Mrs. Nikki Williams the property manager, from
day one she was always there for my mother , the service she
provided with my mom's apartment was Top Shelf. I will say
this Mrs. Nikki is one of the kindest people I have ever meet
and got to know. After my Mom's passing Nikki was there to make the transition very smooth and orderly.

My mother lives here. When she moved in, rent was $600 now it is $980. This place should be ashamed of itself charging elder people this much. The Apartments are not big. The maintenance man does not take care of anything like he should. Her toilet has been laking for more than a month. Now, which is costing her extra because water's not included in rent.

My mom just recently moved to Senior Residences of Sherwood, and we couldn't be more happier with the professional service that the property manager Ms. Nikki Williams provides and the upkeep of the property. Ms. Williams goes over and beyond to make sure her tenants is happy and comfortable, and the property is kept very beautiful the apartments are so very clean inside when you move in everything is so clean you can't even tell someone else lived there previously, the apartments looked as if everything was new!! Ms.Williams office etiquette is also very top of the line, she understands to have patient's when dealing with her tenants and she resolve's any problems or questions quickly as possible. My mom love it here, and I love it for her.

I found this place for my client that i’m a caregiver to, and we absolutely love it here. The people here are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The apartments are very nice and they keep their grounds very clean and beautiful. I’m very happy I found this new home for my client she loves it and is very happy here as well.

My sister is disabled and on a fixed income and lives here. This is not a true Senior residence as her washer and dryer is located outside of the apartment and when the weather is bad the maintenance service is horrible in regards to clearing ice and snow. Also, her apartment is only about 660 square feet -1 bedroom-1 bath and her rent is increasing from 685 to 705 - wow! This is too much for this little space. Recently, she got a notice that all residents are required to have rental insurance with 100,000 of liability included. I don’t understand the 100,000 liability requirement. She does not own this property and furthermore her personal possessions do not equal to even half that amount. I am concerned because i help my sister with her expenses.

Poor. I thought my greatest challenge today would be driving here to assist my clients. The greatest challenge I had today was getting to their apartment from the parking lot that was covered in ice, and the sidewalk that was covered in ice. NOTHiNG HAS BEEN DONE TO TREAT THEM. I sent a message and the response was from the regional Mgr from NJ who said they were mitigating the issue. What a lack of local concern by the manager of this facility and the maintenance person for lack of preparation and having needed materials in storage for an event as this.
