I've lived here for over a month, and it has been amazing so far. Parking is free and private if you have just one car, and my room is amazing. The person who helped me get this place, Lanuola, was very supportive. She helped me with the extenuating circumstances I had with my move-in and secured me a better apartment than the one I was going to get before. She has been a big reason my stay here started amazing and has been consistently good.

The environment is mostly quiet. My only gripe is that the trash is always haphazard, and parking is minimal for visitors.

I love my beautiful new apartment! None of this would have been possible without Arianna's help. She literally went above and beyond to assist me with getting the apartment I wanted in the time I needed. I was initially moving into one apartment and could not pay the entire deposit by the day it would be ready. She offered every suggestion possible and we worked it out. I ended up getting a bigger and better apartment than the one I was originally moving into. I could not be happier! Highly recommend San Marcos

It's been a pleasure being here at San Marcos! I can't express enough how great the staff is. Stephanie and Morgan are always helpful, and super professional. Clean grounds, friendly maintenance, and parking is way better than it used to be. The maintenance team is great too. Chanel, Jose, Octavio and Philip are always on top of things. Great job to the team at San Marcos - highly recommend!

I was having trouble with my garage door remote. I sent in my request and Chanel reached out to me really fast and got me situated. Since I live been here everyone’s been very nice and maintenance has been very responsive 😊

Terrible parking, we all pay so much money to live here just for us to never find parking. I’ve had to park at the walmart parking because there was no parking. It’s ridiculous that I have to park so far and yet still have to pay the apartments for my second vehicle. It’s unfortunate that paying 2,500 + a 2nd vehicle doesn’t include parking.

Highly don’t recommend living here unless you want to struggle with parking. Family wants to visit? Better have them not bring vehicles because there’s never parking here unless your here before 3pm

My experience so far is not going well I’m a new tenant, and I’m not happy at all I viewed the toscana which was $2665 in building 11 threw the virtual tour fail I love with it online and in person expected a certain unit number and when I arrived to get my keys I was left outside freezing but was being rushed to take care of my deposit that was not showing the price that they were texting me was different on the lease which was not legal u can’t ask for what’s not on the lease , I’m also a section 8 client found out when they did inspection that they approved a apartment I never looked at RUBIDIA WAS VERY RUDE AND NASTY THE WHOLE TIME we were arguing back n for because I knew I was in building 11 she put me in 19 with no view dented counter tops ,smaller kitchen, smaller room,smaller bathroom, just not was I asked for or what I looked at I , then they tried to tell me that well we don’t select the apartment in the app u do but I was sent the application which had the unit number and it was already attached to the application I’m very overwhelmed and stressed out and don’t know what to do even the patio was way bigger. Then the showed me another apartment I would be willing to take but told me that it was more money I asked could I be accommodated she said she didn’t know the current unit they put me in goes for $2680 still higher than what I accepted I get it it’s a apartment but for the high price pay for what u want not what they just give you and they 🤬
