Went to my grandsons birthday party at the swimming pool. The manager of the park was there and she was very nice and accommodating. Nice clean place.

This is an RV Park. It is clean and decent people. It is child friendly. The pool is nice and the Community room has full kitchen and you can hang out there with a large screen TV. The pool and jacuzzi are maintained. This is not a short term one night pull through KOA type park. This is blue collar working class people. Laundry is maintained and reasonable.

Nice big spots. Easy in and out and beautiful views if on the first row we were in #2. Felt safe and neighbors were nice. Jane was great as well.
CONS- price was high for 1 night considering some amenities were not working or unusable. Water spigot leaked really bad. We didn't even connect since the box flooded, so we ran off our tanks. The pool heater was broke so no swimming either.

I came here in January for just one week it was my Birthday and they had a hot tub. I'm still here! I love it here! The management is awesome Brent treats everyone like family all the other residents that have lived here a long time says he's the best manager this park has ever had. I'm now a full time resident and I work here as well. So if you find yourself coming this way swing by stay awhile I promise you wont regret it.

Family-friendly atmosphere. Park and facilities are kept immaculately clean. Residents are friendly, helpful, and treated us like family. Park Manager is accommodating and manages facilities in a professional manner. I was impressed with the friendliness of the long-term residents.

Located near the base of a mountain range, large spots available for our big rig. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Felt welcomed here. Most sites are long term but we found the people we interacted with warm and open. The manager Brent went out of his way to assure we were taken care of. There is a trail to the mountains that you must take if you have a 4x4. Take the road out of the park at the office and make a left, turn right at the round about and a Left directly after the junk yard onto a dirt road. There is a reservoir at the first gate and if you travel further (4x4) you will come to a gate that you cannot pass and that is where you park and head down to the waterfall. It is a beautiful little spot. I would stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you Brent and staff for the pizza night and the warm welcome. Pool and hot tub are open all the time. He was also able to get us parked next to our parents for the duration of our visit. My only complaint is the occasional road noise later in night as it seem people like to drive fast on the back road, but it is not a consistent noise like off a freeway.

We were supposed to have my sons birthday party at a park but the weather had other plans. I called to see if they could rent out their clubhouse for a couple hours, they were very accommodating! Fair pricing and had some yard type games there which helped entertain the kids. It was a great place! We will definitely rent the space again! Thanks so much!

Honestly have to say this is by far the best RV resort I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Management is really laid back and welcoming, the community is like a family. The amenities are beyond generous with everything from free cable to 24 hour pool, and hot tub. Tenants, (and Management) make breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout the week and it is very delicious. I personally don't think 5 stars are good enough. I would say 10 stars are more fitting. All I all a wonderful place to be.
