Lots of flies and gnats, killed 2 spiders, water drips nonstop in shower, otherwise room was fine. Comfy beds.
Service was terrible. Rang doorbell at office, she said she would send someone. Waited 10 minutes, and he had to call to ask how to create my key. The next morning we needed more towels. We tried the office doorbell and tried calling, no response.

I recommned you guys don't get this hotel they don't respect you privatecy and when they want to open the door they don't ever knock on it they just open the door amd that so disrespectful and rude and they did it twice one when i was with my husband while my husband had no clothes on because he was fixing to take a shower thats when a lady open the door with out knocking or saying anything and the secound time when i came with my sister and yes i went back because all the other hotel were full and i had no choice but still no good wifi bad service air conditionar not working no where to charge your phones they open the door without knocking but i will never go to that place ever again and when you need them there is no ome at the office or a way to call them so yes bad service and becareful there are 2 couple living in there car saying that they work there is like if they work there they should at least give them a room to stay sense they work there so please don't get spend a night or a day on that place

I was working on the road last week all over Arkansas. I rented room 113 for a night Thursday. My first red flag was that the office worker sat in her car and not the motel office. When I got to the room it smelled like I was the first person to actually sign the no smoking agreement. It was probably 5-6 pm when I rented the room-came in, cranked the AC down, went back to work. I came back later around 10pm exhausted from being in the sun all day. I bring my luggage in and try to get comfortable. I had a bad feeling about this place, even moving the mattress to make sure there were no bedbugs. The longer I’m sitting in there, the more I start to notice just how much the room crawls. Insects scurry about their way. I notice what look like blood splatters on the floor. There are boogers on the wall. A German cockroach seems very curious about my backpack. I end up moving my luggage back to my vehicle, not trying to take any of these pests home with me.

I ask myself if I can sleep in the bed. Lay down to try. Within 5 minutes I feel a tickling in my beard and a cockroach was trying to crawl across my face. I rocketed out of bed, ANGRY AND DISGUSTED. I called the motel office, but there’s no answer. Left a voicemail. I ended up sleeping on the floor in a 2 foot by 4 foot swath in the back of my work van in the parking lot, in the summer heat. Meanwhile, I’m 5’8”.

Since I was traveling for business I had to get a receipt for my stay, which I was promised to me after 9am. This is already inconvenient because my day starts at 7. Luckily I was working in Berryville for the rest of the day, so I was able to swing back by and grab the receipt right? Well, no. The one guy on duty was working the eureka springs location too. He had left the door to the office unlocked. It was eerie to walk in like i was in a true crime podcast. I call back. The lady that checked me in the day before says the guy will be there at noon. Noon?!?! So we agreed to have her email my receipt but it’s discovered that she wrote my name down wrong off my drivers license (blaming something else in the process when it was her who created my account) so sending the email took way longer than it should have.

All in all I will never recommend this motel and will speak of its horrors when asked about it.

Rented room for 2 nights. Didn't make it in to room manager decided me and my wife weren't a good fit for motel. Said he would reverse my transaction, it's been 2 days and I have not received my money back on my debit card like promised, if your an intravenous user, great place. If you love your family steer clear of here.

Let me say, firstly that the staff is friendly and polite BUT the rooms are very dirty. The floors aren't swept, and getting trash bags is difficult. There's a moldy, musky smell, and the floors are uneven. We stayed two days, no one ever brought clean towels, or came to clean the room. It was quiet the first day, but then by night two we were ready to go.
