I like Riverside Post Acute Care. Their skilled nursing facilities have helped me to walk with professional rehab. I'm not really good with words. So this is it. I wish I could stay here. They are so good to me.

My father in law is here now and it is terrible. We live in a different state so can’t get there right now. Everytime we call, it is busy or goes to ‘no voicemail set up’- i know the calls are getting dumped. And how in the world could a rehab center not have phones in the rooms. why should we have to wait hours to get a call back if we ever do….
One nurse had no clue about his neuro status for the day even though he was there from having a stroke. I asked well how do you know if he was different from 8am to now…? she had no answer other than to ask her cna. I explained that while cna’s are vital and can definitely notice if something is different, they are not the ones saying that the patient needs to be sent back to hospital.
Frankly, As many negative reviews that exist, I am shocked this place is still open.

One of the best and friendliest places I’ve worked. The nurses do an amazing job on caring for the patients and the administration Richelle has really made a difference, very proud of the work put into the facility!

Star is only bc it's required but real zero earned....my mom was here 2024 WORST SNF EVER! As a healthcare worker of 15yrs I've never beenso disgusted. They never answer their phone. Within 1week my mom's mother's day gifts as in clothing. She was not even discharged and they bagged up items in trash bags including glass vases. Horrible horrible items. Caregivers refused care, she was neglected care. If you truly have any once of love for a family member DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. After a 2week stay my mom is in a worse condition that she was upon going. Hospital reported she showed up to them cover in soaked clothes and diapers so full of urine that it was dripping..... Read the reviews and literally listen to each warning

Update. UTI was so bad that her body went into shock and killed her 2monthes. She was only 55

This place is a Mental institution.. the owners/administrator admit anyone.. FOOD IS ALWAYS COLD.. FORGET ABOUT A HOT MEAL.. No Hot water for 8 days.. no fresh linens/sheets pillow cases for 4 days... Sez no one showed up to work in laundry department.. understaffed.. great CNAs are spread way too thin... Poor poor management.. I came her to die in peace from my late stage Cancer... THIS PLACE IS A RUN DOWN HELL HOLE.. HIGH HIGH PERCENT WITH DEMENTIA AND MORE SERIOUS MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS... PATIENTS SCREAMING.. ALL DAY.. MBANGING .. ALL DAY.. DONT SEND LOVED ONES HERE... THIS PLACE IS **VERY DEPRESSING... IVE NEVER SUFFERED FROM DEPRESSION UNTIL I GOT HERE..... NO ORIDE IN MAINTAINING THE PROPERTY.... TRASH .. FILTH OUTSIDE EVERYWHERE.. MAGMNT.. WHERE IS YOUR PRIDE... JUST GREED HERE.. PLAIN GREED

This place is horrible they don’t treat the patients right the administration is even worse The social worker Norman expects you to do his job. The administration Rochelle doesn’t follow through. Makes excuses for everything and then forget the Director. Brandon is also a liar. He doesn’t follow through. He does not care about the staff and he’s never in the office ever I was supposed to receive a call from him two weeks ago he’s never in office. He does not follow through. He does not do his work. This place does not take care of your loved ones. It is a horrible facility and they need to be reported to the state, they were just there to collect money.

If I could give them zero stars I'd give them negative zero!!!! Everytime I went to visit my dad I'd find him on the floor..passed out with a mess of tissue,food and his blanket.some nurse totally ignore when asking for help.and not giving medication the proper way.my dad was getting all his pills at the same time.it not supposed to be like that.and my poor mom was getting yelled at because she didn't want any equipment to take home.which we don't need.they just don't care of there patients. They even lost my dad's belongings. His prescription eyeglasses!now I got to wait a couple of months to get glasses. My dad can't see nothing. They need to be more organized..and be friendly and patient. Definitely don't take any of your family to this place.

Extremely hard to get in contact with someone! I called and called for over 20 minutes before someone picked up and we very short and snappy. Stated "She doesn't like to hear ringing is why she picked up the phone?" The proceeded to place me on hold for another 10 minutes. then never came back. I had to call AGAIN!!! You would think a facility that is designed to take care of loved ones, in our case an open-heart surgery patient, you would think it would be easier to get in contact with loved one.
