I Love living in this park. I feel very safe, although there are a lot of homeless around, the park is kept clean, and there are many amenities. The showers/bathouses are clean tiled modern facilities, there are laundry machines and a dog run area. There is one river access from the adjoining Golden Feather MHP, and access into the wilderness preserve. There is a small store and very close to groceries,restaurants and shopping, while being a quiet, clean place in nature.

The management is very friendly and their staff is very responsive to everyone's needs. This is a great place to go while on vacation or long term stays. Has access to the river and a store on location with everything you need to go fishing including live bait. Highly recommended!

Called River One and ended up talking to the "sister" company (Golden Feather) next door which they told me had bigger sites. When we arrived we found an old mobile park, dirty, no facilities and although the river could be seen there was no clear path through all the brush. Very disappointing. Lucky we were traveling elsewhere and only had to stay there one night. There are much better places to stay.

It's obvious that the new owners are putting a lot of effort into upgrades and renovations. The pedestals are brand new 50-amp service, the bathrooms are brand new and immaculate, plus the new on-site market was about to open when we were there. If you're into fishing, the best thing about the park is the location, right on the Feather River.

Seems like a pretty good place. Nice people. Close to River and has everything you need just a few steps away. First time here so we'll check back in a few months 😊
