DO BETTER OFFICE MANAGER! You should be ashamed of yourself! I went to visits someone who lives here after office hours around 7pm, was there for only 1hour to come back to find that my car was towed& had to pay $600 to get my vehicle back. There is very limited parking in the front and two of the spots are reserved for office staff. Now I understand not being able to park during the day since the ONE office manager is there and actually double parks simply because she doesn’t want anyone to park close to her new car which is just ridiculous and self centered . Not to mention she has the MAINTENANCE MAN out there changing the tires on HER vehicle! Can someone explain how that is part of his job duties? I don’t understand why she would still tow a vehicle when NO staff is even there anymore for the night INCLUDING HER! There’s not even a warning sign to state that a vehicle will be towed or a “No parking at any time”sign! I had to call 911 just to track down what towing company to contact . Just have some common courtesy for the people who live there and their family’s who would like to visit them! Once you see this review don’t go giving the tenets who live there a hard time either ! Be kind to others and DO better!

The Manager could use some interpersonal communication courses. Other than that, if you are looking for a safe & quiet apartment complex to put your independent elders at this place might work for you . My 70 year old aunt moved in here after my uncle passed away and she is doing pretty good. It is securely gated and after one o'clock in the afternoon it's pretty much locked down. The only way to get in after one is to call your loved one on the phone to come down and let you in. The apartments are pretty spacious. It's quiet at night because everyone goes to bed early. The have on site laundry facilities . There is a courtyard inside with places to sit and smoke or whatever. They are low income so rent is pretty decent. It is geared for senior citizens. I do not believe that families with children can move in there. There is a waiting list and alot of paperwork to do just to apply for an apartment. It took my aunt 3 months to get in. In the larger scheme of things 3 months waiting is not that bad . There are little grocery stores and a thrift shop, McDonalds, Walgreens, gas stations, a smoke shop, Laundromat, Chinese and Mexican restaurants close.
