Our stay at the Residence Inn Springdale was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff, who were courteous, professional, and genuinely friendly. Their welcoming attitude made us feel right at home.

The room was spotless, tidy, and well-maintained throughout our stay. It was clear the housekeeping team took pride in their work. The attention to detail made it a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind after our busy days.

One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary breakfast served each morning. The variety of options was impressive, with fresh, delicious choices to suit everyone’s taste. It was the perfect way to start each day of our trip.

We visited the area to spend time with family, and the convenience and comfort of the hotel added so much to our experience. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and we are already looking forward to returning the next time we’re in town. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed in this Residence Inn, staff and the General Manager. After reaching out numerous times in 60 days personally to the manager via phone with promises of a credit to my account I reached out to Marriott Corporation and the situation was fixed in a matter of days. The room, the front desk staff, and hotel maintenance were all less than satisfactory. I will not stay at this Marriott property again.

Staying here for my husbands work somewhat long term, the rooms are clean, housekeeping is great, service is SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. Candice and Rachel specifically have been over the top helpful at everything I ask about. The breakfast is included and yummy! Nice outdoor area & gym!

Way - way over priced rooms because Arkansas football was playing that weekend. Reservations made 6 months in advance. We requested 2 rooms with two queen-size beds per room and got one double bed and a pullout per room, one room on the second floor and one room on the third floor. Again, Reservations made months in advance. You would think if they cared at all the rooms would have been on the first floor and besides each other. WE WON'T BE BACK.

The room itself was fine. The bathroom was by far the worst I’ve seen in the 80 nights I’ve spent at Marriott this year. We’ll start with a LIVE SPIDER in there. The wallpaper was falling off, but was being held up by masking tape. The shower didn’t drain well because the caulk was blocking it. There was also mold on the walls in the shower. I’ll add photos because a picture is worth 1,000 words.

We are new to the area, and needed a place that would accommodate us and our dogs. Can't say enough about how welcomed we felt. Clean beautiful suite. Kind and courteous staff. We would highly recommend.
