The staff were kind and skilled. All areas were exceptionally clean. I felt safe. Parking is free. A very good free breakfast. An 8-minute drive from the historic plaza area. I loved having my own little apartment with a full kitchen. The decor is due for a refresh, but I would definitely recommend and hope to come back soon.

Our entire stay was great. From check in thru check out, the staff was wonderful. Keep doing what you are doing! The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was very tasty. You might want to move the stand with all the surrounding literature. Being down the hall way passed the front desk you don't know it's there.

It's been my second time at that Marriott property and the place is great. Staff are happy and greet you every time with smiles. Breakfast is great and plenty to choose from to eat. Well located, clean and safe. Thank you Carmela for helping. E again.

I have stayed here before and it was another nice experience. Rooms are very spacious and if you call one can get government rate room. |One of the best residence inn breakfast I have in the USA. Staff is very friendly, plenty of parking. Downtown is 10 minutes away. Will definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this Residence Inn in Santa Fe while on a 6 week vacation. During this trip we stayed at several Residence Inn properties. The Santa Fe location is in a nice, convenient area. The property grounds are really well kept and beautiful. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast buffet is the best we had in the whole trip. |The rooms, however, are dated and a bit grungy. The drapes were dusty and faded, the walls had marks, the wood trim in the bathroom was rotted away at the bottom. The A/C was inconsistent and we were either hot or cold. If you have mobility issues be sure to contact the hotel ahead of time as most of the ground floor rooms had stairs to access the rooms and the sidewalks are narrow with uneven surfaces. The second floor rooms only have stairs to access the room, no elevator.|Overall, we had an enjoyable stay but I felt it was overpriced for the condition of the room.

This hotel was ten minutes from downtown and ten minutes from museum hill. Great central location with access to museums and restaurants. We found the typical high level of Marriott service and cleanliness of the rooms make the property a great base to explore the area. Breakfast is free and good. Recommend it.

The place is in a good location and overall it's ok. Issue is that there are too many items that are overlooked. In our room, the carpet felt dirty, 3 bulbs were out, one drawer was hard to open, doors squeaked a lot, lighting is very dim, ceiling fan is noisy, upholstered furniture is worn and felt dirty, mattress is very noisy, pathways needed sweeping, rocks along pathways were broken or needed adjustments. Just too many items that a well run place would pay attention to.

Pool is nice, breakfast is good and varies each day, front desk staff is ok. For the price they charge, all the items I listed should not be overlooked.
