We loved staying at this property. It appears to be a fairly new property. The rooms were nice and spacious. Our room was stocked with everything we needed. It was clean and smelled fresh. The entire hotel all the common areas, the gym, the laundry room, all of the outside areas were clean and very well maintained. The breakfast was nice and there was a wide variety to choose from. We loved the location. Its in the center of everything. There are several restaurants that are within walking distance. As well as a convenience store you could walk to. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The GM Jessica Nash was so very kind and helpful when we needed to extend our stay. While everyone was kind there was one young lady who is stood out above the rest. The front desk attendant, Jakeria. This young lady has to be one kindest people I have ever met. She has such a sweet spirit. She was so nice and kind. So very helpful. Every hotel needs a young lady like this. When visiting Jonesboro in the future. We will 100% be staying at this Residence Inn. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Looooove this Residence Inn. We stay at a lot of them and this is one of our favorites. We got a corner suite so we had so much room and even an oven, which isn’t typical. Very decent breakfast spread, nice staff, and rooms were very clean. We felt safe leaving our truck in the parking lot and liked the fire pit outside. WiFi can be tricky to connect to but wasn’t a problem once connected.

It's taken me 3 months to write this and I'm sorry for that. We were there 7/7-7/9 for a funeral. The accommodations were so nice. Truly felt like a mini home rather than a hotel room. They were very accommodating. The only complaint would be no room service every day... the sign in the bathroom very confusing as it tells you to leave towels on for if you want them replaced...we did this and they weren't... but they gave us clean ones at the desk

It's rare I take time to leave a review, and even more rare to give a hotel 5 stars, but this hotel was amazing. It's brand new, super clean, and nice everywhere. The layout is great, our room was spacious and comfy, the staff were wonderful, the food decent, and the price very reasonable, which is hard to find these days. Jonesboro is sort of a sketchy town, and this area is no different, but it is close to lots of businesses and restaurants, and close to the highway without the highway noise. We would 100% come back to this hotel without hesitation.

Location is great, plenty of shopping around! Room was amazing and so clean. Staff were always sweet and helpful. Now the breakfast was DELICIOUS! I’ve never been to a Marriot yet that had this good of food and they had a cold brew station?!?!?! Will stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

I have stayed here for approx 3 months from July-Oct 2024. The staff is amazing and friendly. 116 (multiple weeks in this room) clean and convenient to gym and front area without hearing the noise from either area. 124 (multiple weeks in this room) clean but a bit noisy from the side door opening and closing when guests enter and leave. 309, 220 (few days in each). 224- BED BUGS. I was quickly given another room on the 4th floor but mentally very tough to recover after that. This was my favorite place to stay but not sure if I can overcome the last situation.

Wow! What a great stay we had here. I travel all over the world and this was one of my favorite stays! Thank you Tiana and Jenette ( I know that's not how to spell her name) at the front desk. Two of the best front desk staff ever!!! Fantastic hotel, clean, close to everything and the rooms are more like little apartments. Just amazing! Many many thanks!! Anne Schermerhorn
