Stayed for 3 weeks. Everyone is so kind and friendly. Staff is extremely attentive, if you need something just ask. Even through the renovations everything is clean and everyone is on top of everything. No type of bugs in site whatsoever. Maintenance is fast and thorough. My children and I have loved staying here these past 3 weeks and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed at! You are better off staying at an Econo lodge or a Motel 6! Extremely run down hotel. Sign up they are remodeling but I didn’t see anywhere clues to it actually being remodeled. Got bit good by bugs or a spider in my bed. Carpet was ripped and furniture leaning due to uneven floor. Husband took the cardboard from under the dresser they had there out and replaced it with towels to keep the dresser from leaning forward and drawers blocking the walkway being open. Cable tv was not working. Only local channels. Holes in the curtains. If you are picking this hotel for the free breakfast keep looking! Styrofoam plates so double up or it will break in half if you put more than toast on it. I will say the breakfast lady was very nice! That’s my only compliment for this property. I never thought I should read the reviews on a Marriott brand hotel but will always now!

Nice large rooms, indoor pool , patio area, breakfast is good ,hot coffee all day . No pictures of breakfast I ate too fast sweet dreams

I’ve been marriott titanium member for many years and stayed at multiple Marriott hotels in corpus Christi area. I have stayed here multiple times. This is one of the best marriott hotel in the area. They have renovation going on, still great service, management and location.

I was pretty nervous about staying here because of all the reviews but it wasn't bad at all. The staff was friendly. The location was great close to the highway and lots of places to eat, also its about 30 mins from the beach. The reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the place is pretty run down, the showers are pretty worn out, the tvs in the bedrooms didn't work at all and some of the lights didn't either. The pool was ice cold to where my kids couldn't swim in it, and the juice on the 1st morning we were there had lots of black stuff floating in it but it was clean all the other mornings. All in all, I'd come back ,it wasn't as bad as I expected.

Worst Mariott experience I've had by far. They have signs apologizing for the inconvenience of a remodel and apparently that's just an excuse for them to never clean.

There as a spaghetti noodle someone had dropped on the floor in the hallway when we checked in. We stayed 6 nights and it was still there when we checked out. Just showed how little they care about keeping things clean.

Sheets, blankets, and pillowcases also had disgusting stains on them.

They had the worst, flattest, most worn down pillows I've ever used and anytime you asked the front desk for extra pillows they'd tell you they were all out. Based on my experience and other reviews I think it may be an unofficial policy to just never provide extra pillows.

Marriott corporate seriously needs to get involved here because this place sucked.
