Estuve dos semanas en este hotel y estuvo genial. La habitación es supercompleta, super limpia y super espaciosa. Podría vivir alli durante mucho tiempo. Lo único que no incluye es la lavadora pero por un par de dólares puedes usar la máquinas de la sala de lavandería que hay en una de las plantas del hotel.||Se agradecen detalles como las palomitas o el café gratis que te dejan en la habitación.||Si tuviera que poner una pega es que el servicio de habitaciones pasaba a horas un poco raras (6PM - 7PM) y que algún día se despistaron y ni siquieran pasaron.

Absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Birmingham. Just minutes away from the arena and uptown eatings. Room was in excellent condition and very clean. Staff is top tier along with the service. Excellent weekend I had. I definitely recommend you to stay

I would highly recommend this hotel. My check-in was quick & efficient. Sakina was very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. She even greeted me by name every time I saw her. The room was clean, breakfast was excellent, housekeeping did a good job, and checkout was very easy.

Hotel staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone I interacted with were kind, quickly addressed problems and were professional. While I have stayed in better hotels, the customer service was unparalleled. Debra, thanks for telling such great care of me!

The Check in and out was very easy. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a doctor appointment at the breast health center. It was very easy access to Kirklin clinic, within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Our stay began on a high note. We arrived earlier than expected, around noon on Wednesday. But we were graciously accommodated and given a room immediately. We were told our room would be serviced 2 days into our stay (Friday), which was perfect as we'd be out of the room that day at an event. We tidied up and placed our suitcases under the desk before leaving for the day. When we arrived back that night our room had not been touched by housekeeping. The next morning (Saturday) when we went down to breakfast, I spoke to the gentleman at the desk. I informed him our room had not been serviced the previous day as stated upon check in and we needed towels to be able to shower that morning. The gentleman informed me that they service rooms 3 days into a stay and the previous employee was mistaken. So again, we tidied the room and placed our suitcases out of the way. Upon returning this night our room was yet again untouched by housekeeping. At this point we were quite irritated, having packed up twice and still not receiving housekeeping service. Instead of packing up our room a third time, we opted to put the do not disturb sign on the door Sunday morning, as we would be checking out the following morning. We had stayed here previously about 2 years ago and that experience brought us back for another stay. On the other hand, our most recent stay has definitely swayed us to stay elsewhere when we visit Birmingham again in the future. During our stay in 2022, the breakfast options were vast and varied everyday and we actually received housekeeping twice during our stay. Our most recent stay, the breakfast options were the same every single day and we never received any housekeeping service. To say this hotel is "fully renovated" is a stretch to say the least. Everything looked exactly the same as it did 2 years ago

Good location to UAB/St Vincent’s. Quiet rooms and very friendly staff. Sakina checked us in and was extremely courteous and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here if you need to be in this area of downtown for an extended period of time.
