I’m a current resident and until 3 months ago, I loved living here. I’ve lived at this complex for the last 3 years. I moved in when it was a smaller complex that became a part of the larger development that’s there today. Despite a large 12% rent increase in rent, I’ve continued to stay and would continue to be a resident if it weren’t for my recent experience.

We were told that a preventative maintenance service would occur to change furnace filters, test smoke detectors, etc. This service was later described as an inspection to check for lease violations. I have been harassed since October because I have bidets in my bathrooms. My lease does not list these, nor any other changes to bathrooms as an unauthorized modification. Photos of my apartment were taken without my permission or knowledge. I’ve had to prove that I had a medical necessity for them, which I have done. I have not caused any issues as a resident, nor have the bidets that I have. I truly do not understand why this is an issue all of a sudden. My privacy has been violated, my trust in this company is broken, and I’ve had to endure unnecessary stress. It doesn’t matter if the apartment itself is nice when I can’t have peace in my home.

I moved into this apartment expecting a top-tier experience, given how it’s advertised as a luxury property. Unfortunately, the service provided by the employees is far from what you’d expect for the price and reputation.

The staff consistently displays a bad and strong attitude, making interactions unnecessarily unpleasant. It’s shocking and disappointing to encounter such poor customer service in a place that brands itself as high-end. Basic respect and professionalism seem to be missing entirely.

If you’re considering living here, know that while the building might look nice, the service doesn’t match the luxury label. I expected better and am deeply let down.

Amenities usually broken like the grills and hot tub which is a bummer. Neighbors are rude and loud with their music at late hours. Plus driving home everyday there’s always crazy drivers around the area that make me feel unsafe. There’s ant problems every now and then even when I’m on the top floor that are coming from the carpeted hallway? With the amount we are paying you would expect not this many problems. One last thing, I hate the doors here it takes like three tries to buzz into my own home It really shouldn’t be this annoying.

For such big and crowded apartment complex, the management and maintenance team is extremely impotent. You frequently see community amenities down or unusable. It takes them days or weeks to clean the hot tub (bath tub?). Save your money and look for well maintained apartments. They don’t schedule gardening and landscaping services for one/two days a week and you will get up every morning from the loud noise. It looks attractive at the beginning but soon you will run away.

The apartment rent is high as they advertised themselves as luxury apartments with nice amenties, while the hot tub / pool has been broken for weeks and still not fixed. The staff will only encourage you to request maintenance and the other day you'd see maintenaince team cancel your request with the note that they're aware of it. Nobody cares about you once you signed the lease. Hilarious.

We moved to Redwood Place a month ago after an extensive search for our new home (visited at least 20 apartment buildings), having just relocated from Europe.
Redwood place is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool area, in particular, impressed me the most. It’s aesthetically pleasing, the pools are large, there are multiple grills, and above all, it’s exceptionally clean. The team does an outstanding job keeping the place spotless.

The apartments themselves are very nice.

Maintenance is prompt, typically arriving within 1-2 days, and they always do an excellent job. We also submitted a few tickets regarding the common areas, and they addressed them immediately.

The leasing team is also very friendly and helpful.

The surrounding area is lovely and feels very safe.
We've had no issues with deliveries; everything has been running smoothly so far.

Overall, I have no complaints and would highly recommend this place. 🙂
