Lived at these apartments for four years! Loved it until this year. Management has changed every 6 months, but you really never knew the manager until you had an issue or needed maintenance. Only major issue was that I lived next to a creek area and we had a huge bug issue. Ants were crazy around August, but in the past year ants were coming all through out the apartment at different times of the year. They couldn’t control it enough and cracks were not covered properly and I had to purchase a ton of bug spray to spray myself because the pest control person would only come on Tuesday’s every other week. Also, my wall heater would turn off every week during winter and I would need maintenance to come a lot. I bought space heaters and kind of gave up or had my boyfriend come and fix it. For them to replace anything they have to come into the apartment like 3 plus times to get it replaced. What had bothered me was that in the past few month’s right before I left management completely switched up everything. I had a whole little garden that was super cute and me and my neighbor helped with it and no one ever had an issue until the now manager has came in. I had past managers tell me that it was okay and it looked good and because I didn’t get written approval they made me get rid of everything, but two chairs and one pot. I had well over $300 worth of gardening stuff and thought it was okay because was told previously it was. They said it was a fire hazard, but yet them never cutting my bush wasn’t a fire hazard? My bush would be almost to the top of the roof and I requested that it could be trimmed so I can look out my window. I also had one morning where there was a homeless person sleeping right out front my door and was told that I should have called the police even though we do have security that never comes by. That was the only issue though with homeless people besides them going into the trash. So if you do decide to live here, make sure you get written approval at all times. Also, something I found weird was that the new manager knew I preferred emails being written to communicate because I work a full-time job and could not pick up the phone. She always called me and I think they preferred to do that so it wasn’t written down. Hopefully they just get a new apartment manager soon and it won’t be as bad. Location is amazing and did enjoy living here. Lots of great memories here and nice neighbors!

New management is rude over the phone and in person. Kaitlin charges for bills that aren’t yours, threatening to get lawyers involved to evict you without responding to emails or even calling my phone number, she skipped doing that and called my mom who was only listed as an emergency contact.
She also demanded I pay a gas bill and threatened she’d serve me a 3 day notice if I failed to do so. The gas bill was for another apartment... not even mine.
She also was very fake nice to my fiancé the first day she arrived and got his phone number because she “wanted the sister to the new puppy we had just got.”
The next day she called his phone number (which we purposefully left OFF our apt paperwork because he works long hours and I deal with the rent and bills when he’s across the country and he isn’t allowed to even get phone calls on the job) but she used his number and rudely informed us that she was charging us a $500 pet fee and if we didn't pay THAT DAY we were to be evicted.
She is very unprofessional and needs proper training. She ended up serving me a three day notice, to which I complied and moved out on the third day because of her rudeness.
She then tried to pressure me with emails stating I need to fill out a 30 day notice and if I don’t, I will continue being charged for rent and utilities without doing that. What?
Luckily I have friends who are wonderful lawyers and I know my rights.
Also, prepare yourself to clean that apartment and have it sparkling before you move out. They have a LONG checklist of everything you must clean and once you do that, you still won’t get your deposit back. They took the whole $1,000 of ours and the apt needed a couple blinds replaced other than normal wear of the apt.
The jacuzzi is also often taped off with caution tape, sometimes for days, and there isn’t even a place for pets to play even with the high pet fee, the garbage caught fire from someone randomly driving by and they still haven't properly cleaned up the ashes and its just a health hazard, and bums go through it all the time and even broke into our vehicle to steal some change one night.
I’d recommend going somewhere else until new management is found and things are changed!

I lived here for a year and absolutely loved it. The ladies at the office were super nice. Laundry room and workout room were always clean and the location is just perfect. Apartments are super spacious and cozy. Would definitely apply again

Even if your never late paying rent after 4 years of living here and they charge you 10% of your rent. It makes me sick🤢.
