Highly recommend not renting. I rented lot #10 was told upon moving in it was completely remodeled but the floor has several weak spots, the main door doesn't lock right and leaks every time it rains. Several of the windows have black mold due to non -proper ventilation or sealed currently and under the kitchen sink is covered in mold which landlord fixed once but didn't fix properly. We gave the landlord verbal and written notices about the issues and never had anything fix. The unit is not leveled properly. And they say they are pet friendly but are not even if you will get fined if pet is seen without a leash.
I highly recommend that the owner's of the property read AZ state renter's law's since they live in Utah.
We had the right to withhold rent due to the black mold. The park manager came and had to take nails out of the shower window because it nailed shut but none of the black mold was removed or fixed within 10days.

I have to say this is amazing spot. Very quite and the views are amazing. I like how everything can be paid by the app . Definitely a must stay if your are looking for hookups. Just outside of town so your not bothered but close enough to run into town if you need anything. Highly recommended!!!

The Owner will offer to purchase your home and agree upon a price then after stringing you along, will then back out on the agreed upon amount and offer you thousands less. Do NOT trust them! Get everything in writing, double check the paperwork and take lots of pictures. They are pros at taking advantage of people. (Update) I have done business with the owner who is a very distasteful person.

Very unorganized, claimed a woman had to put in her own service hook ups; ? not knowledgable in AZ HUD housing laws for mobile homes older than 1976 which cost an elderly lady a lot of time, trouble, & money. She was told a lot of untruths. Now has no home to live in. AZ law says it cannot be hooked up to any services due to being 1972 regardless of condition.
