$76, it was the cheapest room I could find the day before a big concert. The location was perfect being only 5-10 minutes from the venue. The room was small but the bed was big. The lighting was really good in the room and new sink fixture. The mirror was great for getting ready because it had a ring light around it! It made it very easy to get ready quickly! The water was hot and pressure was strong. And I checked; no bugs! It had a TV, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a hanging bar for clothes. My only complaint was the blanket on the bed was fake. It was a thick polyester sheet. It was a quiet spot, not too much going on around but I would've liked to see a chain lock on the inside. But it was close, super cheap, super clean, and quiet. I would definitely book here again if I go back!

Staff helped me get a last minute booking at a reasonable price during a busy weekend. Very grateful. Rooms seem to have been upgraded recently, and were clean and tidy. Bed was quite hard. All in all, a good stay.

When you pull up you will probably think you made a mistake, but I can't say anything bad about this motel. It was very clean, the water pressure was great and it was hot as you want. The air conditioner was older, but it worked if anything too good. Plenty of towels.

You can't beat the price and location. It's not the Hyatt, but I was pleasantly surprised.

This is a “mom and pop” single story motel. The staff were very nice. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. There is a refrigerator. The room is quiet even though there is a major thoroughfare next to the motel. Entrance is a little tricky but plenty of parking. No breakfast but the price is reasonable. We plan to stay again next time in Rogers.

I was very skeptical about this place when I first saw it and when I saw that it was a 3 star rater motel. However I needed a cheap quick place for the day. I was surprised how well put together the room was when I first we walked in. It smelled really nice and it was pretty clean!! I can't say that I have any complaints. The guy at the front desk was also very friendly. So if you need a cheap quick room for the day or night try it out. The beds are AMAZING. I took a nap and it was the best nap I had in years.....?

I was looking for a place that didn't cost an arm and a leg but was still nice. This definitely fit! I noticed bad reviews but I'm glad that didn't deter me. Andy n the office was kind despite checking in after 10 p.m. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Towels were replaced daily. Nothing fancy but would definitely stay here again.
