We have been to Rao immigration for quite a few of our visa and immigration needs in the past and have NEVER been disappointed. This time around it was for an OCI that we needed and it was Rao immigration to the rescue once again.

We were helped by the AMAZINGLY patient and kind Hafsah who went out of her way to guide and work with us. She was extremely proactive and prompt making sure we understood everything. She diligently worked with us all the way through the process till we received our document.

It is one thing to do your job well but a completely different thing to do it with such great care and attention for the client. Her professionalism and attitude are absolutely wonderful and it made an otherwise complicated process a complete breeze.

mr Rao has too much attitude he is not answering my email and bluntly answering that i m only responsible to give answers ur husband
also they have not proper knowledge my case also back to the uscis after approval
also they never answered on our time always give appointment after a week even though the process also very slow to resolve query from uscis or answer our query

ALERT ALERT! DON'T EVER GO HERE. YOU WILL REGRET FOR SURE. He didn't even know few rules of USCIS before applying for naturalization process of USA. Didn't even help follow up and totally wasted my time plus money. Would recommend go somewhere else. VERY MUCH RUDE, NO ETHICS, NO SENSE OF TALKING. Unprofessional I must say.
