The worst place I’ve ever lived. I should have looked harder and picked elsewhere.

If something is broken, they will not fix it. If you are a married couple renting, they will send you BOTH statements trying to get rent from you both saying you owe. The complex is riddled with roaches and bugs, it takes over a week for the maintenance lady to respond and even then does not fix anything. We went the entire summer with a broken swamp cooler and they wouldn’t fix it. We had our tires slashed in the first week living there and they did nothing about that as well. Their laundry room is a joke— it started smoking so bad the fire department had to show up, and you’re lucky if 1 out of 6 dryers are working properly. They let people park their broken down cars in the very limited tenant parking in the back leaving very few if any spaces to park. (You’d have to park down the street and risk getting your car towed— that’s what happened with us.)

I have lived in terrible places but this place is the worst. LIVE ANYWHERE BUT HERE. The guy is a slumlord.

I have lived in a few apartments and this place has by far been the worst, the entire year and a half I stayed here we had to deal with screaming neighbors, cockroach infestation and when our swamp cooler stopped working over the summer, they did nothing to fix it even tho shortly after they replaced a neighbor’s with a brand new one so they pick and choose which residents they give a crap about, on top of all this they are now trying to withhold my security deposit despite the fact that I gave notice, left the place clean and everything in working order(besides the swamp cooler they refused to fix). DO NOT STAY HERE!!!if I could put negative stars I would.
