Just ok. Plenty of evidence of kids and i was looking around when a suspicious neighbor kind of played security guard and made me his business. Overall good for crime prevention most probably but personally, i hate that routine. I was up and out - nothing special and....its pricey.

Great place to live. Near everything as it’s right in the middle of Coachella Valley. Park is kept up nicely and any repairs needed are done super fast. Like that day! Owners son and handyman live on site and are genuinely good people. I lived here over a year and a half and never had any issues.

Rancho Mirage RV and mobile village is a great place to stay. The pool is sparkling and inviting. Laundry room is spotless. The park is well maintained. Paul and his staff are helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask for more.

I did not have a good experience at this park. Within 2 weeks of an expected 3 month stay we had several uncomfortable and sketchy experiences. First, we had 2 packages go missing when tracking noted they had been delivered, a homeless man broke into our trailer while we were in it, and a neighbor came over telling us that her husband was staring at me through his window while my boyfriend and I worked out and that he was "loco". At this point we decided we should leave as we felt uncomfortable and had other, better options. Pauls first question when we told him what had happened and were leaving was to ensure we had paid our upcoming months rent (they have a 30day notice policy and it was the 2nd of the month), of which none would be refunded. I understand this is their policy, and we were aware, however considering the situation the decent thing to do would be to at least refund some of the rent as we left on April 3rd but paid for the month in full. He then proceeded to go to the neighbor to inquire about what had happened even though we asked that he didn't until we left because we felt so uncomfortable about the situation. Paul also said multiple times he hoped we didnt leave a negative review as these things could "happen anywhere" but also had "never happened here before". We are travel nurses who full time RV, we have met several people who do the same thing. We have stayed in multiple parks and have never had these experiences anywhere else. It's also interesting to point out that even though these things have "never happened here before" one of the maintenance men told another tenant at the park that the homeless man was "just trying to find somewhere to squat" which is strange insight for something that has never happened before. We also heard of other sketchy occurrences at this park, but because they were rumors, I won't comment on them. Overall, this park had a bit of a sketchy feel when we arrived but we gave it the benefit of the doubt because Paul was nice enough and Katie is very sweet, within 2 weeks our gut feeling proved to be true and we were out. We're a month gone and very happy with our choice to find something different in the area.

Its a very small area maybe 3 or 4 very small streets. Very compact. When i drove though it was clean looks well managed. Great views. Havent stayed they have homes for rent as i am trying to relocate just needed something for a month or 2 till i buy, owner says 4 people is 2 too many for a 2 bedroom moblie home. But at least he told me stright out he wouldnt rent instead of asking me any more details or giving me an applaction. So i appiciate the honesty. But is a very small community.

Lived here for 2 weeks with the plan of staying for 3 months as a travel nurse as it was close to Eisenhower Medical Center. During those 2 weeks, a homeless person broke into our trailer, we had 2 packages stolen (even though tracking indicated they were dropped at the front desk), and had our neighbor tell us her husband was peeping on my S.O. Talked to the owner Paul about our concerns, and literally his first response was to confirm we had paid our upcoming month's rent. Also heard sketchy things from other nurses I worked with at EMC. This place is NOT worth the headache. There are plenty of more secure, honest, and caring places in the area.

We weren't sure where we were going to stay. We pulled in Rancho Mirage RV & Mobile Village, found a place, ended up staying a month, instead of 2 weeks. They were all so nice and kind to us. We felt right at home. So clean. We are for sure coming back.
