This place is Amazing!! I would give it 10 Stars if I could. The Gym is awesome, There's always Parking, It's Pet Friendly, The walls are thick, and Pools are always clean. Every store you could imagine are close by. All the neighbors I've meet have great energy and are very respectful. Please talk to (KIANA) she is so incredible and will assist you in any ways possible. 🙂 And one more thing, the 3 Maintenance men are professional, very kind and get things done really good. (Luis, Ernesto, and Manuel.)

As a long time resident (18yrs and counting), I must say that despite the minor ups and downs this is a wonderful place to live. At this point the customer service is beyond 5star across the board... Kiana and Norma work well together to run this property so seamlessly and the maintenance team does an excellent job executing requests in a timely manner.

Every time I have a maintenance issue, Luis has always been kind enough to come help me out without hesitation. There have been a couple times when my son clogs the toilet. I’ve called maintenance late at night and Luis shows up professionally and kindly helps me. In addition to that, I’ve lost my garage opener twice and on Christmas Eve, without hesitation he came through and helped me open my garbage. I’m a little embarrassed of how much I’ve bother Luis lol but he always makes himself available without hesitation and with kindness and patience. Thank you Luis I appreciate your work ethic, professionalism, and kindness! You make living here so much easier for me 😃

From my move in to settling in the staff and maintenance here have been incredibly friendly and helpful for any question or need I have. The apartments are adorable. I love the space I have and layout of the 2bedroom and plan to stay here for some time.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 months and it’s by far the best complex I’ve stayed in out of the other 4 apartments I lived in. Kiana & Norma were amazing throughout my move in process and these first couple of months. Luis, the maintenance man is always very respectful and efficient when he has to fix something in my unit. Service request have been done same day or next day at the latest for me. I absolutely love it here!!!

This is an amazing property in a great location close to a huge shopping center across the street, freeway access if you need to commute. Also the best staff members Norma and Kiana are great and very helpful. They know how to take care of their tenants!

I had the pleasure of living at this complex for a little over a year and I loved it! If it wasn’t for personal reasons, I would have renewed. The staff is great, Kiana is the absolute best! She always helped me out with any questions, was very patient with me, and made me feel like a person, not just a resident. Maintenance always was great, I think I only needed them once and it was a quick turn around! The best benefit of this complex, other than the people, was the area. A lot of shopping places right next to the complex, but my favorite part was the basically private trail right behind my building. Made me start walking more. Amazing place to live highly recommended 🙂

My 5 stars goes to Ernesto, the maintenance supervisor. He is always ready to lend a hand and is friendly and helpful and takes care of the requests in an efficient and timely manner. He strives to make the complex safe and keep it beautiful and clean.
