If I could give zero stars I would. I bought my kitten a few months back and the process of getting him was beyond difficult due to this business not answering and pushing the time further to pick up my kitten. In addition, when I received my kitten he only had half of his whiskers and when I asked the lady why she had said it was due to him “getting rough with his litter mates” which literally makes no sense. The next day I woke up to my kitten having bad diarrhea, congestion, runny eyes, and was very lethargic. He had swollen eyes, a runny nose and so many seizures. I called the girl who runs this and they told me that it was “normal” and that it should go away, needless to say it never did. I would text and call all the time because they had said to contact if there was any questions but as usual there was no answer. After several vet visits and emergency room visits my kitten passed away yesterday. I truly believe this business gave me a sick kitten, and I tried everything in my power to save him. He wasn’t more than 6 months old. My kitten suffered for months due to whatever virus he had and as I’ve read in these reviews my kitten isn’t the first to be sick or pass away. They either don’t truly vaccinate their kittens, or do a poor job of keeping them in good health before giving them to a new family. This place needs to be shut down. My kitten is finally at peace but my heart is completely broken. As you can see in these pictures below he was suffering and in pain and swollen. RIP kiam, you were loved and cared for and will never be forgotten.

Was looking for a indoor Cat. After doing some research,I decided on a Cat breed known as
"The Rag Doll Cat breed"
I Located a breeder in Jurupa Valley.
(Riverside county, California)
They had good reviews and they had some bad reviews.
Decided to see for myself,and make decision.
If this was the Breeder that I want to do business.

Recently the husband passed away. So things got Idle as most of us can understand. They do have a
Care taker who resides next to the cattery making sure they are kept in a Safe, Healthy and in a Clean environment. Happy Cats Bred Here.

I love my kitten and would spend every dollar I have to keep her healthy. That being said, when I picked her up. I was told one of the other kittens scratched her eye.
After immediately taking her to the vet. I was told she had an upper respiratory infection that comes from having too many unvaccinated cats and one small confined area. Her eye was not scratched; it was a bad eye infection.
Ragnarok Cattery told me she was 12 weeks old but the vet said she was no more than 8-10 weeks. Which is too young to be away from her mother. Now, her immune system is weak, get sick often and has chronic allergies, runny nose and eye infections. I’ve spent over $3000 in vet bills. This is after, paying $2000 for the kitten.

So sad to see all the bad reviews. I have a beautiful male ragdoll that I purchased for $800 7 years ago. People used to come from all over the country/world for these kittens. You'll note that the good reviews are several years old; that's because Dave loved the breed and took care of them. I called to get a second ragdoll a couple of years ago and found it difficult to get information, that the adult children were now involved, though they had not been interested when I had been there years before and the prices had doubled. Had the same experience with - "we'll send pictures" - and never received any. So glad we decided not to pursue the 2nd one. Grateful we got our boy when we did. He is healthy and gorgeous. So sad to see what's happened.

I first found this place looking for my first kitten. I googled Ragdoll breeders in California. I was very excited as I saw a business located not that far from me. So I went onto their website and looked and got some more information and then called them. I was very surprised when they told me that the kittens were gonna be 850-1000, because I looked at other places and they were well over 1500 dollars and money being a small concern I was very happy to find this place. So I told the lady over the phone I would love to come this weekend and maybe take one home she said that would be fine. She also told me she would take some pictures of the male kittens they have and text them too me as soon as she is done taking pictures. I waited for about 45 minutes and got no response so I called them again and the lady said she was caught up on something but she would send them over to me in 20 mins. After then get a text of about 5 pictures of the same kitten I asked questions and get a late response she said she was “ in the middle of taking more pictures now....almost done”. I said ok and asked if I could pick one out for reserve she then didn’t respond for a hour I said I was getting a little confused she then said she was sorry and had to take care of her mom because she came out of the hospital and I understood she then said “I'm gonna send them in a few minutes after I take 2 more pictures“. I asked if she could provide some information with the pictures of the kittens she said yes of course. After an hour of no response I ask if I should look for a kitten somewhere else she then said that she already sent the pictures and asked if I didn’t get them I said no she then said “Okay that's weird...hold on let me resend them”. I say ok . By this time it is 10 pm. So the next morning I don’t see any new messages and text her that I’m getting worried and confused. I get no response. So I then call the company number and a different lady picks up I explain to her what is going on and what I’m looking for she then says that she has what I want and had 6-8 different male options. She then explained and said that one of the cats gave birth and the other lady had to monitor it and it was very hectic so I said okay and she said she would personally send the pictures as soon as she got back from her doctors that she was leaving at 1 for. I then called the company line asking if I could come tomorrow in May 11th to purchase my first kitten. She said 2 pm was a good time and that she will send the photos very soon. So I waited till next morning when I still haven’t gotten any thing so I called them at 1 asking them if I can still come and they said that the new kittens just got vaccines and had a bad reaction so they need time to feel better. I asked about the other options they then said they didnt have as many as they thought so if I wanted one I would have to wait another week or I could get a female. They never sent me pictures, never responded, only picked up on the company line, never told me about anything in fact I had to call them the day of and find out this thru the phone saving myself an hour drive. I also still have the text messages of the owners constantly saying they will send the pictures never sending them:(
