I stayed for a long weekend & stayed in two of their rentals had an excellent stay! They are very clean, modern and they have everything one would need while away..the hosts are amazing & more than accommodating! I stayed in 2 of their locations both were just as nice, one with a brand new hot tub in the heart of downtown Palmer… perfect get away! Thank you so much for being great hosts!!

I highly recommend this home in Palmer for your stay in this part of Alaska. Very clean, high quality throughout and modern with just enough of the historic flair showing through. The gardens and lawn are very well taken care of and the home included everything you need to kick off your stay. We have stayed in many homes and this one is exactly as described and very well taken care of. I will be back for sure.

Quarter 54 properties are cozy and outstandingly clean! The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything in Palmer Wasilla area. Don’t hesitate to stay at any of their locations - they are all superb!!!!

This was the perfect home away from home for our little family. The location made it so easy to explore Palmer and surrounding areas and the Mountain View's were so beautiful! We had no questions or complaints the entire 10 day stay because they made it so easy for us with one simple email before our arrival. The interior of the house was decorated beautifully and the beds were even more comfortable than our beds at home so we slept like babies! The blinds kept out so much light in the mornings when we wanted to sleep in a little so that was amazing but during the day we let all the light in so we could see the beautiful views so it was a win-win. We were also greeted by a moose our first morning there! We would highly recommend staying at Quarter 54!

Was a great experience and private. The house is very cozy and clean with everything you need including large smart tv's with in house Netflix and the rest. Beds are large and nice. I highly recommend. For the price you can't beat it imo 5 out of 5

This place is awesome. And the owners are great- I had a few random questions and requests and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was as smooth as possible.

Super clean and tidy, not cramped, and the bed is so so so comfortable. Can’t go wrong staying here. And despite the economy, the price and value is excellent and affordable.

Absolutely the best place to stay in Palmer! Extremely clean and inviting suites. Great location, but also hidden away in its own perfect little community. Owners are responsive to any needs.
