For a fairly last minute trip/reservation I had a very nice stay! Clean rooms, very quiet, plenty of parking and the people at the front desk were very sweet and accommodating! Highly recommend quality inn if you’re looking for a good and affordable hotel in the area!

I booked a room here for my cousin via Choice hotels. A suite for $391 (3 nights). I placed her name on the reservation. Upon arrival there was no suites available. That was fine, they were able to accommodate them in a double room instead. Covering my butt, I decided to check the rate of the room they were accommodated in. It was $342. I took a screenshot just in case there were billing issues later. When they did check out, a few days later I was charged the full rate for the suite. I disputed this with the hotel and they came back with acquisitions that the room sheets were stained and refused to honor the rate for the downgraded room, instead saying the charge for the suite stood. When I called the manager Nick, he tried to back peddle and say that the suite was in fact available when my cousin arrived, but it was under my reservation, which I know is not the case because I talked to the property when my cousin arrived and told them that this reservation was in fact for her, pointing to her name being listed on it. Fact is, the room reserved wasn't physically available because they overbook (which was fine), but what is not fine is the lower downgraded rate was not honored. Just based on that, I would not recommend staying here. I have used Choice hotels for years for work travel, but after this and a few other instances in 2023, I am happy I made the switch to Marriot brands.

I have stayed in many Motels and felt everything is ok. But when I stumbled on Quality Inn in Yuba city on a 30 day businesses oriented trip, I was both happy and surprised. The staff are awesome, it's a comfortable environment and Quality Inn Yuba City is located in the area where there's alot of different restaurants to choose from. I would recommend the Quality Inn in Yuba city, Ca. to my friends, family and I'll definitely look them up when I need to stay at a Motel again. Thank you kindly to all the staff at Quality Inn Yuba City for making it such a nice place to stay.

Positive: "" Negative: They say on there website that all animals are allowed so I booked online then when we arrived they told us no animals are aloud and they did not care that we had all the proper service animal paperwork so we asked for a refund and still haven?t gotten it

Positive: I love the staff. I love the clean rooms. They have every single thing you need in the room and they are very friendly. Very convenient location just off 20 only 20 min drive from Toyota Amphitheater. Just your basic hotel, small pool, Continental breakfast included, but what sets this apart from other inexpensive chains in the area is the staff, who are all friendly, hardworking, and take pride in making their hotel and your stay the best possible experience.

Need some trimming done outside almost didn't stop, but inside very comfortable and clean, my tv didn't work. Assistants very polite.
