Buen hotel, cómodo de buen precio!
Esperábamos encontrar nieve en Pinetop-Lakeside, sin embargo lo que no se ha mirado en 20 años en el mes de que enero, hoy lo pueden apreciar, literalmente no hay nada de nieve y ha llovido muy poco, el paisaje es muy seco, así que si buscabas algo diferente, espera para la próxima semana del 10 al 15 de enero se espera condiciones de nevadas!

Good little hotel with basic amenities. Location was great, close to the local parks, restaurants and retail businesses. The room had a microwave and a good size mini fridge which allowed us to save some on eating out with the food we brought. ||Room itself was clean, good option for a family or average traveler. The breakfast was free and decent but lacked protein. It had the standard staples like juice, coffee, toast, bagels, yogurt, ect. Customer service was good, Karen helping with the breakfast was a gem who made us feel welcome and was kind to the children. ||

Our room was excellent and we went to get the free breakfast the Hotel offers and the food was delicious and everything was fresh and very clean. We met Karen the lady who works at the front desk and she is Amazing!!!! ||Karen is thenicest and most pleasant front desk person we have ever met!!! We came to Show Low to look for property and she was very knowledgeably about Show Low and gave us a Real Estate book about Show Low that was very helpful. ||I give Karen’s customer service more than 10 stars!! She’s very pleasant and very professional and makes you feel welcomed the minute you meet her. Quality Inn Pinetop is VERY LUCKY to have Karen at the front desk!!! We will definitely be staying here again because of Karen’s great customer service and hospitality!!!||Maria and Rick

Filthy rooms. Additional unauthorized charges. You WILL have to jump through hoops to get your money back. I was put into 3 different rooms all of which had something wrong with it cleanliness wise. Dirty sheets, dirty towels, bed covered in pet hair, mold in the bathroom, dirty bathtub. Then the guy told me that the dirty room is acceptable and outright refused to give me my money back. I didn’t even stay the night here, then come to find out they didn’t check me out, changed my payment method, extended my stay and then charged my card two more times, making me pay 3 times what my original stay was going to be.
Stay at your own risk.

If I could, I would give negative 5 stars. The floors were dirty. The sheets on the bed were not changed. It was full of hair and crumbs! The bathtub was gross. ?

Unless you would like to get a disease I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The receptionist would not assist us and dismissed our concerns saying we have to work with the booking agent we booked with.

Horrible experience |1. The beds were flimsy at best|2. The blow dryer did not work|3. Breakfast was a joke. | I pulled a hair out of the waffle batter and the clerk could care less.|The fruit was old and not edible, the coffee was just colored water| The only good thing was we were able to get out and not pay the extra night.|I will never come back to this place.

Well, the bed was fine in the shower worked. The mini fridge made a pulsating and popping sound because the compressor is clearly going out. It was quite loud all night long. The Free hot breakfast was lacking. They had all amenities that were promised in the listing but none of it was very good. There is not much value for the price. Oddly enough, there is a Tesla charger here though. That would have been a big selling point if I was driving an electric car today.
