Arrived very late (past 5 am) and the staff were very accommodating. They had marked me as a no-show after midnight but pulled up my reservation and allowed me to stay until checkout at 11 am. Great service, and the room was very nice.

The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean, and you can just walk to the airport though they have a free shuttle service too.

Convenient location. I walked over from the airport. Note sure when it got renovations done but everything in the room was newm wireless phone chargers, plenty of USB, USB-C ports for charging devices. WiFi was strong. I was able to VPN into my work servers and do a little work with no issues.

Service was great. I asked about food recommendations and got three great recommendations. I went with Henry's Great Alaskan Restaurant.

Absolutely no complaints.

I've stayed there for the convenience of walking to and from the airport (less than a block away). Now I'd stay there for the service, too. And the breakfast is much better. If you could add other meals, so travelers didn't have to go to town unless they wanted to, it would be IDEAL. It is now much cleaner and well kept than it has been in the past.

We arrived here after a very trying journey, late and having missed our connecting flight. We were greeted by very friendly reception staff who treated us with courtesy and efficiency to get us checked in promptly. They provided advice on taxis and places to get dinner as well as how much time we would need the next day to check in. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was open ahead of time to enable us to grab something to eat ahead of flying. Thank you all very much for looking after us so well

This hotel wasn’t even worthy of a one star for me. It’s the worst Quality Inn I’ve ever stayed at. I was only staying at this hotel for one night. It concerns me quite a bit that there were so many issues.

The rooms smelt like must, there was bits of mold in the bathroom, the hallways smelt of cigarette smoke despite the hotel being non-smoking, there were bugs flying in the bathroom, no hot water to shower or wash hands with (felt like glacier water), and the breakfast was awful.

The lack of hot water was concerning because the staff didn’t even know until I reported it, then another guest mentioned it after hearing me say it. The breakfast served was frozen egg omelets and hard biscuits with gravy. Serving frozen egg omelets is a health code concern.

I am not recommending this hotel to anyone else I know that will be visiting Kodiak.

My first trip to Alaska with my daughter and two small pets I landed at airport and due to weather I could not continue on to a puddle jumper to fly out. The Quality Inn staff picked us up last minute and shuttled us to the Inn. Very friendly staff, helpful. Room and Inn very clean and well kept. Fresh Hot coffee 24/7 in lobby. Excellent breakfast! I will be returning! Thank you for great customer care and kindness
