First time booking here. Right off the bat: the location is not that great, activity along Stockton Blvd in general can get real shady (lots of hookers when the weather is warmer). There's a lot of traffic noise and though that was not a problem for my partner and I, I understand that could be a nuisance to others.

Pros: affordable, and the rooms have sort of that "millennial gray" interior. Service is good, the two ladies at the desk when we checked in were really nice made us feel welcomed. Room was clean and had no sign of bugs/weird residue that you usually find at other cheap end motels. They have a microwave, mini fridge, ironing, a hair dryer, and complimentary breakfast 6am-9am.

Cons: the noise from outside does leak into the rooms. I don't know if it was just our restroom, but the shower kept letting the water escape from the bottom of the glass. Will attach a photo reference. The room is also quite small, so if you're staying a awhile, it can get a bit crowded lol. ALSO: it sucks having to get into the parking if you're driving up Stockton Blvd, as there's an insane amount of traffic coming from the north.

I'd honestly book again if it wasn't for the area though. I'd be very cautious at night if you were to walk around or come back late. Inside feels safe, outside... nah. Also looking at the other reviews, did we stay at the same motel? Lol. People are so entitled and rude to others just doing their jobs.

Edit: Forgot to add that I received my $100 deposit 2 days later.

Never stay at this hotel ever i’ve stated over 1000 hotels in my lifetime and never had a problem like this so I was it was $100 deposit and when I checked out, they only gave me $50 back because they said I had dirty towels or damaged towels now let me tell you they did not leave the room. I didn’t eat with him. I didn’t do anything. I had one towel on the ground the whole time I was there and then when I left, I put all his towels in a pile on the ground in the bathroom and they’re charging me $50 for that and they’re saying they’re dirty. There’s damage if they are dirty or damn if they’re dirty, it’s their grounds fault and if the damage I don’t shady, they have shady people there don’t stay there
Area is horrible too scumbag businesses scamming Customer so they take $50 for a towel on the ground is absolutely insane and I spoke to management too. They won’t send me the picture. They will not send me a picture of the towels. They won’t answer any questions it’s just a scam. Do not stay at this hotel. Sorry for the bad grammar.

Rooms are clean and smells nice. Sheets are clean. No roaches or bugs. The breakfast selection is nice. Waffles, eggs, sausage links, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juices, water, milk. Being right next the freeway is legit and quick. Melini is the most excellent at getting all things done. Her service was impeccable. Thank you Melini and the staff. We'll be back definitely

There is bullet proof glass at check in desk. Security cameras everywhere. They'll ask for $100 cash as a "deposit" even though we'd already paid in advance on Expedia. According to other reviews, don't count on getting cash back upon checkout. If you use a credit card, you may get your money back after 5-7 business days. We decided not to stay. Felt shady and unsafe. Sorry I didn't read reviews before we booked the reservation.

Bed was amazingly comfortable and very clean. The gentlemen that checked us in was friendly, terrible location kinda but otherwise the place was great. Oh good breakfast too!!

The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and kind. They helped me to my room and resolved my key when it didn't work.The breakfast that gets served is fresh, including its ingredients, and its free at no additional cost. The room I received is clean and fresh. The room had several essentials for making my stay very pleasant, such as soap in the shower, towels, and a blow dryer. Included with the room was free wifi and cable television. The bed is very cozy, and it was a king-size bed. No bed bugs were found. The room had provided a working fridge and microwave. The lights were very bright for the lamps. I didn't have to worry about walking in the dark. The shower pressure was great, too. The plumbing works. The room provided a do not disturb sign, which was great for getting shut eye. The pricing for two nights fit into my budget. And for what I got in that budget was pure quality.

Checked out today room has roches... Manager is passively aggressive and acts like she owns the hotel. The front desk workers are rude and the Maids leave your window and shade open after cleaning letting everyone see all your items in the room . If you deny housekeeping they force you and say they have to come in the room. I don't trust a company who forces me to let them in a room I paid for.
