This motel does not exist. Location being renovated to a totally different motel. Choice hotel site still taking money and reservations for this motel. Avoid at all costs totally scam.
Choice still has this location on their website so avoid it. I talked to choice so they know but they still don't care.

DO NOT BOOK!!! Don't use choicehotels.com......they scammed us and wouldn't give us a refund for the hotel being closed. We showed up after traveling out of state to them being closed and customer service said they couldn't help us get a refund since they could not contact the hotel.....the closed hotel that nobody is working in. They lied to our credit card company and we eventually got our money back after a month long investigation. We only got a refund because we booked through a credit card and they deemed it as fraud. STAY AWAY

This hotel no longer exists!

I booked a room at this hotel several months in advance of my stay. Received a confirmation email a few days before my arrival date. Arrived at the hotel to discover it had been shut down, sold to another company, and was being renovated into subsidized housing.

When I called Choice Hotels, they claimed they had no idea the hotel doesn't exist anymore.

They booked me into a different hotel, but I still can't believe they didn't know it's been shut down.

The good: The sheets and towels were clean, no stains. Although our top sheet had a cigarette burn in it. The A/C and television worked.

The bad: The room smelled like it has been smoked in.

The door looked like it had been kicked in or at least someone had tried (see photos). Because the door gapped at the bottom, we could smell the cigarette smoke from those who smoked outside and below us (the rooms have outside entries). Bugs crawled in through the gap. We had to use a towel to help seal the door.

The toilet took forever to fill. So plan on extra time if you need to flush more than once.

The bed base was broke open and rusty on one corner. Made one wonder what might come crawling out of the darkness from within (see photo).

The room floor was not carpeted. The bottoms of our feet and socks turned brown. Bring slippers to wear in the room.

A waffle iron and waffle mix were available - but no syrup. Nor, was any provided the three mornings we were there.

The second morning we were there, they were out of sausage and scrambled eggs when we went down at 7 for breakfast. My wife told them at the desk. They apologized and said they would bring more out. After 20 minutes and several people waiting for then to be brought out, we went elsewhere for breakfast. Something we didn't like to do since breakfast is included with the stay.

One of the guys at the desk was polite and accommodating. The other, terse, and made you feel like you were an inconvenience to him if you ask something of him.

Rooms smell musty fridge was broke in first room switched to another pool looked fine but said it was closed. Needed more attention on the cleaning but I know it’s hard to find good help that’s why I always bring stuff to freshen a room up. I would say to not advertise the pool because that’s why we booked the place with kids and all!!

I believe this motel is misnamed. My buddy and I found it lacking in so many ways, it is hard to decide where to begin. We wanted a room, ground floor, for two nights. The evening clerk said if we wanted two beds, we could have one for the first night, and then we would have to change room on the second night. So, on our way to the motel, my buddy called and was told we would have the single king size bed for both nights. She said, the motel was sold out both nights. We arrived and went to the second floor room lugging photographic equipment to the room. So much for the first floor room!||The room itself was a masterpiece of terrible to poor space. The bed springs squeaked. The granite bathroom vanity was broken in two pieces. We actually thought it might crash to the floor. The toilet was so low for two tall men, we ended up going to a nearby convenience store to use theirs. The room had not been redone in years. The bed was so uncomfortable. ||The only nice thing I can say for the place is it did have a nice breakfast bar.||Don't stay here if you want a "Quality" room.

This was a very clean property and a clean foyer/greeting area. Good price for last minute booking during a long day...over 10 hours of traveling.||I have been in customer service for over 30 years. One thing that stood out was that in the morning when I was going to the truck to put in our suitcases, I glanced back to see where the foyer/front desk was, the clerk caught my eye and waved goodbye to us. I was so impressed, I went to the front desk and told them what that meant to me. That is was a gesture that put me firmly into the roll of the customer and that they appreciated us coming.||The room was very clean, comfortable and the bed was just perfect for these old bones! We will remember this when we come through again!

HORRIBLE HOTEL!! Showed up to stay one night only for a business trip, didn't provide me the right room, then got switched to the "managers" room which is disgusting and smelt like mold, had bed bug tracks on the bedding and almost all of the lights didn't work, tried to get a refund and susan at the front desk played stupid and said to reach out to the online booking app i used, played stupid over and over that they never got a call or email from the booking app, then i called and all of a sudden said they had a "non refund policy". The least to say this place was horrible, disgusting and would never recommend staying here for your safety or health. This place is absolutely horrible and a nightmare, to top it off susan at the front desk was NO help and played stupid when it came to getting a refund. If i could give a -10/5 star rating i would
